Local Tastes of Nashville

This was such a great time with our guide, Dean! The food was tasty and I was full afterwards. We had pork tacos, lobster bisque, prime rib, all were delicious! As for drinks, ample drinks throughout. I started with an old fashioned, then had a bourbon whiskey, a gin cocktail and we ended with a rum cocktail which tasted like a dessert! Dean has a rich knowledge of the history in Nashville and told fun stories about the prohibition era. I highly recommend this tour, you will not be disappointed and you will eat and drink plenty! Thank you Dean for an amazing night!

Come hungry for this! Four food spots covering 4 totally different places. Really could taste the history of Nashville. I would absolutely go back to the 4 spots. FYI this is for the gulch tour with Josh. He was very informative and kept a good pace for the tour. I would do another neighborhood food tour with this company.

We were looking for something to do on our last day in Nashville and luckily chose the historic Germantown food tour.Our guide Dean was amazing. Very knowledgeable and a great ambassador for Nashville.Everyone liked something different, whether it was some historical tidbit that Dean provided or one of the many food options we tried.I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Nashville. I am now researching menna cheese recipes.

I was the only person on the tour this evening, and instead of the nightmare scenario of awkwardness, the guide Dean was incredibly accommodating and created a one of a kind experience. If you're craving an in depth history and understanding of the prohibition era in Nashville don't skip this tour. Plenty of surprises and unique moments that any local a tourist would miss without Dean!

Our tour guide, Dean was very informative with the history of Nashville. He's very warm and friendly. He's also funny! We enjoyed the foods and its history about spicy fish and chicken. Love the very juicy and delicious brisket, sweet potato cupcakes and chocolates!It was a great and delicious experience we will treasure forever. Thanks Dean. You got a five star review and more!

Has a great time with Dean today. He gave us far more than just food knowledge- lots of history and local color as well. We didn't believe him when he said the small bites would add up. In the end we felt full and had a wonderful variety of foods and exchanged niceties with our fellow walkers. A+

Josh was our guide. He was very informative and we enjoyed all the food. We didn't get pics of the Princes Nashville Hot Chicken but the mild was perfect! Can highly recommend this food tour.

We did the Speakeasy Nashville tour and had an amazing experience! Dean was an incredible tour guide! He had a wealth of knowledge and made the entire experience interesting and unique! We really enjoyed each of the stops and found the food and drinks to be delicious! Couldn't recommend this tour more!
