We came here on a Sunday around noon with a group of 12 people and we were able to get seated right away with no reservations. They seated us outside in a large booth which was a wonderful setup for the group to chat altogether. I wish I caught the waitress's name because she was really fantastic! She was super friendly and was very helpful with suggestions on what to order. What was great about this place was that there was a good assortment of dishes to choose from. There were both healthier and heavier options for the group to choose from with all the dishes being slightly more unique than an average brunch place. I ended up getting the short rib hash. Big points for the short rib being juicy as many places I've ordered short rib from can be very dry. The dish was good but definitely one-note in flavor. I needed hot sauce and salsa to liven up the dish because the sauce/gravy that comes with the dish made it a little bland. My husband ordered the short rib French dip and really enjoyed it. I stole quite a bit of his fries because they tasted pretty darn good (crispy on the outside and soft in the inside). I would say the food was overall good and would recommend coming here with a big group since it can cater to different people's taste. I wouldn't say the food was overly noteworthy or remarkable. In our group of 12, I didn't hear folks exclaiming how delicious the food was but I also didn't hear anyone complain about their food. The prices were also really good with the short rib hash being only $18, which I feel is less than what I would see in Orange County or LA.Giving this place 5 stars because of the great service, good options, overall good taste, great price, and being able to accommodate a big group last minute.

We were visiting Oceanside and looking for some local flavor. LTH sounded perfect. We were a group of 8 on a Sunday night with no reservation. The wait was less than 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Many in our group had questions about the food or drinks, and our server had all the answers. I'm not a drinker, but there is a wonderful selection of craft beers. Wow, and many of the cocktails sounded delicious. We sat at the snide/outside bar which made our conversations much easier. It's exactly what you would expect from a place with this name. TVs had baseball and sports on. My wife and I split the Ahi Tuna & Shrimp Farro Fried Rice with a sunny side up egg on top. This is a very tasty dish. The fried rice honey hot sauce and bacon tasted delicious. As I looked around the table, all the dishes were ample and judging from the way the plates were cleaned up, there were no complaints.If you're in Oceanside, be sure to check this place out.

I've been to this place a couple of times, and both times it was completely packed on a Sunday for lunch. The wait both times was over 30 minutes to be seated, but they often have a couple of seats open at the bar where you can get all the food you want right there which is what we decided to do. They had a brunch menu but there were so many good things we wanted to try on the lunch menu we decided to just stick with that. We've tried the deviled eggs before which are great, but this time decided on the Chef's Hummus which was fantastic. I'm not a big hummus fan, but this dish with the grilled carrots, the chickpeas and the abundant roasted garlic was a perfect refreshing starter to go along with the richer WTF Slow Cooked short rib fries we got that has sunny side egg on top. Both starters were delicious and really filling by themselves, but we really wanted to also try sharing the the Dirtier Bird crispy fried chicken sandwich, which was both a little sweet and a little spicy, and we both loved it but could not even finish it given we were already so full, so we brought the rest home.The atmosphere is lively and vibrant. Though the entire place was packed, it has such an open air feeling to it that it still was relaxing and fun, and the server, though she was very busy, was very attentive, and contributed to a great dining experience. We'll definitely be back to try more things are their interesting and diverse menu.

LTH is such a great go-to spot. Their food comes in huge portions and never disappoints. We usually sit at the bar and the employees are so nice. It gets a little busy but it's so worth it! We haven't sat outside yet (which is a super cool with games and high tops), but the inside has always been clean and nice.

I rly enjoy this food it was such a great experience, the scallops was my favorite part of the menu, the combination of flavor was PERFECT! And the service and ambience it was nice and cozy. If you are in Ocean side you should stop by and grab something for this menu

We can't wait to eat here again! I had the dirtier bird sandwich. Love all the different flavors and bun. My husband had the HFS sandwich and really enjoyed the coleslaw. My son had the Blue collar burger said crispy fried onions was a great addition. All sandwiches come with side of fries. Service and ambiance were great and we will definitely come back!

This place has a nice vibe and is located in the heart of downtown Oceanside! The fries and empanadas were surprisingly filling and really tasty! We also got their signature mule and I definitely recommend that cocktail.Prices were a little on the high end for me for this casual of a restaurant but service was fast and decent!

My favorite place to eat at in Oceanside. The food is consistently very very good. I've tried a wide variety of things. Everything I've had is delicious. Fun, lively casual atmosphere. Always nice service. Kid friendly.
