Local Coffee Spot - Westlake

I came here with a friend on wednesday, and we came in five minutes before closing, but the worker who's name is aaron helped us and made our drinks in a record time! my friend is lactose and aaron helped us pick a drink to accommodate to his illness, and was super helpful when helping us pick a drink because well - it's our first time here ! the drinks we got were the iced passion tea lemonade that aaron recommended and the matcha green tea chiller . such a great worker and a cute little spot for every seattle weather . looking forward to visit this place more often.

Back in my hometown for the weekend. Wanted to try someplace other than Starbucks.Great location gets them two stars.Service was fine but nothing special.Didn't try any food.Standard black coffee was awful.Determine your priorities, go where you will.

Got a bagel and coffee here. The pizza bagel was really good. The coffee was okay. My biggest issue was that they told me they didn't have any public restrooms, even though the door towards the back of the cafe says 'ask cashier for restrooms'...

This is ridiculous. I'm the only one here, there are three girls working, and I've been waiting for my sandwich for 15 minutes. They are just chatting. The price is ridiculous I just paid $8 for an egg and cheese bagel. The taste is so bland and boring. And their hot sauce selection sucks. Will never be coming back

Wow, I sure do have a lot of good things to say about this place. I have recently moved closer to Downtown Seattle and I have also gotten a new job. This spot has made me feel very welcome and helped to ease the transition into a new phase of my life. Consistently, I am greeted promptly with warm-welcoming smiles from every employee. Specifically, I have noticed that employees seem to enjoy working with each other which creates a hospitable environment for patrons and staff alike. I can definitely see myself continuing to frequent this spot.I love their coffee and their food, however if I were to make one critique, I would say find a way to make the iced drinks more cold because they are a bit melty and luke-warm rather than cold. I would suggest flavor - shots - ice - milk, though I do understand each place has it's own way of standardizing processes for making drinks.Overall, I have been very satisfied with my experience here and I am happy to have a local coffee spot. :)

Paid 4.69 for a small cold brew - pretty average cold brew I would say :) tastes fine but it's a great place to do some work and sip a coffee or drink of your preference.Internet is not that reliable which is due to it being not password protected I think.

We ordered 2 breakfast burritos one with bacon and the other one with sausage.The one with bacon had some sausage at the end and the person eating this one needed to take the little sausage that came with it at the end of one of the half's, we think this was a mistake.The sausage breakfast burrito had a lot of cheese, which cheese is good but it was more like a quesadilla.We will continue to try breakfast burritos but so far we haven't find any good one in Seattle, the closet to good was stoneway cafe but they closed.... If anyone has any recommendation about a good spot, please reply to this post. Thank you !

We were staying in a hotel close to here so stopped in for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was fine, got a cappuccino and it was nice and frothy. Service was also really nice. They opened early which fit our schedule. Reason for the bad review is the food was actually inedible. Got a turkey bacon ranch sandwich and it literally tasted like old fish. Bread was completely burnt. Not sure if they don't wash their utensils and used the same knife from a tuna sandwich or something? But the sandwich was terrible. I've never not been able to eat something, especially something I paid for, but literally threw this sandwich in the trash where it belonged. Will definitely not be back if I'm in the area.

Wow, this place is bad.How did I end up going in here, you ask? Well it's because I used my eyes to choose a coffee shop and not Yelp.I had a couple of hours to blow, so I figured I'd park, grab some coffee, and walk around the city until my thing was open. I saw this place, looked good, so I happily bounced across the street to grab some human fuel.I like the interior; a little funky, pretty open, clean. I was definitely happy when I saw the menu, they had a few different kinds of mocha which all sounded good as well as my favourite alternative milk: oat. Service was awful. The employee who rang me up appeared to completely lack short term memory and asked me the same questions over and over and over and over and OMG. At first I thought it was me so I went to enunciating better, to over enunciating, to realizing other people have no problem understanding me soooo?After that I was a little scared that he'd actually be able to make this drink. I mean, he can't even write my order down as I'm saying it and he can't remember words I've said less than 30 seconds prior....is he going to be able to safely operate the machine? I figured as long as I don't get cow's milk, I'm just going to go with it.Thankfully a competent employee emerged from the backroom before my drink was made! She made my drink (correctly!) and sent me on my merry way. I promptly looked up the Yelp page when I got out of there and yeah...totally should have scoped that out before hand!Never again.

This was on a mobile order. Took 45 minutes for one drink and a shot of espresso, which can't be helped sometimes, but the drink itself was not very good. I got the honey citrus mint tea bc Starbucks didn't have it. It's not remotely close to it, and I don't think there was close to any lemonade or honey. Not my personal fav
