I work nearby so I've ordered from here probably a total of 7 times. The burgers have a lot of flavor and the fries are thin and crispy. I generally order online because I only have 45 minutes for lunch, so I'd like it to be ready when I get there. This has never actually happened. They have not once had it ready for pickup when I arrive and they never get my order correct. They never have the correct toppings on my burger (I never do any crazy modifications, I usually just get the standard toppings but half the time, they give me a plain burger anyways) and they always forget my dipping sauce. But the kid's meal is a great deal. The breaded chicken sandwich is very boring. The mini corn dogs are hand dipped! Most of the staff I've talked to is always very nice. I kinda had the last straw yesterday tho. I ordered online and not only was my order not ready when I got there, but the cashier with the glasses said they in fact had no way of knowing when an online order is placed and he can't look to see what food I ordered. He wanted me to pull up a confirmation email to prove I paid? Which they don't send confirmation emails so I had to show my ACTUAL BANK STATEMENT lol he was kind of a dick. He seemed annoyed that I ordered online, as if I had done something wrong. I would've gotten a refund at this point but I didn't really have time to figure out other lunch plans. Not to mention when he asked what I wanted, he told me they don't have french fries. What burger place runs out of french fries? Fine, tater tots will do. I should have checked my bag before I left but at that point I had already wasted 10 mins I didn't have. He got my burger wrong and forgot my cheese sauce so that's my bottom line. The food is really good (when they get it right) and cheap, but the business is unorganized. I'll just go to Dick's down the street from now on so I don't inconvenience that jerk behind the counter anymore.

We ordered food on Uber Eats, I never do that but my wife wanted to. She ordered from the kids meal some chicken strips and fries. 2 strawberry milkshakes, and a chicken sandwich with bacon, bbq sauce and onion rings for me. My sandwich was all right, my expectations were low and it beat those by far.The kids fries were extremely spicy, no way could any child under 16 eat those, I was having a hard time having more than a couple. The chicken tenders were something with a lot of salt from a freezer pack. This might be the 2nd bad review I have ever posted, but the kids meal was a bad. The milkshakes were ok, abut watered down, but not bad. I will never order from here again.

I've never been to this location. But I have ordered from them through Uber eats probably around 20 times. my guy really really likes them. They do so many burgers with so many different types of fries and tater tots it's just a great go to spot when you want to really great burger. So if you want a burger I highly recommend them

Don't listen to everyone saying this place is bad, it is, but that's part of the charm. Theres only ever two employees there all the times I've been, but at least they're trying. I hope they're all doing well in what is clearly purgatory. Also the fries are really good but everything else sucks. Peace and love

Wow what a place! As someone with celiac disease their gluten free food is okay and not always available but I appreciate the effort. I feel bad for the employees who are cursed to work there (two at a time of course) but they are trying their best. Overall one of the places I eat at and cannot wait to come back! So yummy I guess

I was exploring Capitol Hill for a bit and came by this place. I was looking for a place to eat and figured I would stop by. It was completely empty during dinner time which was weird. I decided to order a chicken sandwich with french fries and a soda. The menu is for a typical fast food burger joint. The store was not as clean as I would have liked. They have a lot of open tables available to enjoy your meal. As time passed more people came in. Most people were finishing up a night of drinking or hanging out with some friends. I could see this place as popular with the younger crowds on the weekend. In terms of food I was not fully impressed. The chicken sandwich was very bland and not filling. The french fries were great but then again how could you go wrong with french fries. Would I come here again? Probably not.

Very surprised that i haven't been here until now! Wednesdays are half off all burgers... and darn are they juicy and good. Went for the grilled chicken burger with regular fixins, added cheddar cheese, and lettuce wrap, it was very fresh and delicious.Will absolutely be coming back for my next burger fix! There was no line when i went in and it was super easy to order, the staff was nice and got cooking right away. $12 for my combo since it was 50% off burger Wednesday! I did takeout but they have lots of seating available inside.

I didn't read the reviews before ordering from this place but I'm glad I didn't get food poisoning? People talk about Local Bigger Burger all the time so I wanted to try it. My burger though was very unimpressive.I ordered it pink but got it fully cooked and dried. It looked and tasted like a frozen patty. Fries were soggy. The taste itself is not bad but I wouldn't pay this price for a burger nor would I order from this chain

I ordered from the location on E Broadway on Capitol Hill, which I shoould have known better based on the amount of crime, and how trashy and dirty the entire area has become; I hope I don't get sick!About 1/2 hour ago I received my order delivered by Door Dash. It was the WORST bacon cheese burger, fries & chili EVER!!!I asked for the burger to be well done, no pink option, but NOT burnt and asked that the insides of the sandwich to be sure to all be inside the buns, special instructions.. The burger was not wel done, patty had pink; it was soggy, insides spilled out, and the bottom bun so wet it stuck to the paper wrapper it was wrapped in and I had to peel it off, which of course the bun fell apart!There was more ketchup than fries which were rather dry as was the chili, no sauce and came in a see-thru plastic cup in a clump! A total waste of my $21.52, which I may as well had just thrown it in the garbage as horrible as the food was, and I was very hungry!!!
