Ordered the Bacon Cheddar Combo, with large fries and large drink and a large chili, cheese and onion side. Total cost $36 and some change. Expensive sure but I thought, why not? I'm visiting. The store then called to inform me that they were out of chili and offered a substitute item, the beer buddies which I accepted because, why not? Try something new. Unfortunately they forgot the large drink and large fries. When I contacted the store, the manager couldn't care less. $30 is a bit pricey for just a burger. Beer buddies were ok, barely warm. Burger was tasty. Be sure to check your order before you accept it.

Stopped in here to get a single hamburger at lunch. There was zero line and no one in the restaurant, but it still took like 20min to get the burger. People who came in after me got their food first. Very disappointed with the service, will not come back.

I'm honestly surprised by the low ratings! I was happy to find out that they carried a gluten free bun, so I decided to order some fries, a salmon burger for myself and Turkey burger for my boyfriend. I thought the salmon burger was cooked great and my boyfriend said he really enjoyed his turkey burger. I have ordered salmon burgers in the past that were dry, but this one was nice and juicy and pretty good flavor. I know a lot of people have taken off stars for price, but I personally feel like the portion size I received and paid for is pretty standard for how much it cost to eat out these days. I do see myself eating here again. Would I go out of my way if I wasn't nearby to eat here? Probably not, but if I am in the area and I wanting a burger and fries, definitely!

Ordered the bacon cheddar burger which is advertised as having 2 patties, 4 strips of bacon and 2 slices of cheese. There was one patty instead of two. There was no cheese and no bacon. Honestly, it had to have been retaliatory (for having ordered via Doordash) or complete ineptitude that literally, nothing about that burger was made correctly.This place was a huge disappointment and we will never recommend or solicit again. Feel bad for the owner whose dream it was to open a burger place only for it to be extremely subpar via employee apathy.

Local Bigger Burger's fries, alone, are worth 5 stars!These fries are perfectly seasoned and fried with the perfect crisp, yet light and fluffy on the inside. For the fries alone, I will come back to LBB.As for the burger (1/3lb), I thought it was fine. It satisfied my craving for a burger but I have had better at other places. I am interested in giving their salmon burger a try next time, especially with lent coming around the corner. I found the service here great. The person who ran my order was friendly and pleasant. They even brought my order to my table, which I though was nice. And I was expecting to hear my name and pick it up from the counter. I appreciate that extra touch of service.

Not sure if I was lucky or not, based on the mixed reviews. But my fries and hamburger were delicious!I had the cheese fries and the Hawaiian hamburger. Fries were crispy, good quality cheese, hamburger flavors were great and ingredients fresh (crunchy).Thanks would definitely order again and will update the review then, meanwhile give it a try, you might be pleasantly surprised!

Awful burger (dry overcooked patty minimal sauce and the onion was cut so wide it was as thick as the patty , awful shake, slow inept service, after a 15 minute wait for a burger, then they made the shake (btw $1.99 extra for malt on top of a bad $7-8 shake?! Malt is just +.25-.50 anywhere else!) - decent fries though.The place is a mess, Avoid. Absolutely Horrible!!My wife and I ordered the Double HEBE. We selected the special that was advertised which was a double beef patty with cheese, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and onions. Only one Patty was included when the order came. Altogether, my wife and I spent $50 on our two burgers . Worth mentioning that off the bat we were informed that they were out of fries. (Note this was roughly 1:30 pm). So we decided on sweet potato fries and they suggested beer buds which before the order arrived,we were informed that they were out of the buds too ,.. so we opted for onion rings but.... Food was ready in good time but when it arrived we initially thought the waiter mixed up our order with the other two other patrons in there. First of all they brought tater tots instead of onion rings, no tomatoes nor onions on hers (I specified I did not want on mine). Secondly, when they finally brought the onion rings, it was like the last bits from the bottom of the frozen bag (but we could get past it). Third: came the burger. So first off, it wasn't a double Patty burger The explanation was that we had to specify the upgrade to double or triple (even though the days special was the double meat option).Secondly, there were a few pieces of lettuce sprinkled around the container and not actually on the burger. Lastly, and this is the kicker, the patty was raw. Yes totally raw. I'm not just exaggerating here as you could see from the pictures. These pictures were taken in the restaurant as we sat there. This is completely and utterly unacceptable and despicable. We paid just about $50 for two incorrect and uncooked burgers. My wife couldn't eat hers, mine was a little better but still mostly raw.
