Lizzie's Cake Couture

Lizzie was super helpful and easy to work with. I worked with Lizzie 3 months in advance to settle on a 6" custom birthday cake. I sent in a design I wanted to be placed on top and she perfectly recreated what I wanted. I opted for as minimal fondant as possible since the celebrant doesn't care too much about it. However the decorations made with fondant were definitely worth it. The celebrant, myself and even our waitress were blown away by the design. The cake itself is a lemon cake with raspberry filling. It was perfectly moist, had even and distinct layers of cake and filling, and the buttercream frosting was the perfect amount. I would definitely recommend Lizzie to anyone and will reorder in the future.

We had Lizzie make a cake for my daughter's first birthday party and there really are no words to describe the amazing experience I had ordering a cake from her! I messaged her on yelp after seeing some reviews, and she got back to me within the hour. This was literally a little over two weeks before my daughter's party, and i thought there was no way she'd be available but she was! I texted her a picture of what I wanted, she sent me an example of something similar to what she had already done and I booked her right away. It was really easy to communicate with through text messages and she always responded to my questions within a couple hours. I had a three tiered cake with a Mickey Mouse head, so essentially four tiers. She quoted me at such a reasonable price for four different cake flavors. The cake itself was a piece of art but the flavors were all delicious!! I got chocolate, lemon cake with raspberry filling, red velvet with cream cheese filling, and vanilla cake with Nutella filling. So many flavors but EVERYONE was happy with the options. I'm not going to go into full detail about the design of the cake, but the picture should do it a little justice. Such a cute cake!! The only thing that wasn't the most ideal was that we had to pick up the cake, but it wasn't her fault at all as I didn't request that to begin with. She was really helpful and my brother was able to pick it up and deliver it in one piece. I really can't rave enough about this cake! Sooo good!!

Lizzie did an amazing work for our 1 year olds smash cake! So beautiful and her buttercream icing was delicious!! Everyone raved at the party and we will definitely be going back again! Thank you Lizzie!!

Lizzie cake couture made an outstanding , & BEAUTIFUL frozen theme Elsa cake and treats for my daughter 3rd birthday . She responds quick, is very reasonably priced and everything taste delicious ! I contacted Lizzie for some custom cake work and honestly I have never met a business owner so forthcoming with helpful advice.Lizzie dropped so much free knowledge all over me I feel like I should pay her some type of tuition stipend simply for her time. I'm pretty sure I could get at least an Associates Degree in pastry making now. I have NEVER met (and probably never will again) an individual so willing to simply be helpful, particularly when that individual does not stand to be the benefactor of my patronage. Lizzie selflessly redirected my search for a cake, avoiding the obscure and deceitful vernacular that the high end pastry industry is probably known for.I can recommend Lizzie on the merits of her integrity alone. She was quite clearly concerned with my satisfaction even if it wasn't being made at her shop. Great businesses are operated with high integrity and this is a perfect example of one.

Nothing but positive things to say about Lizzie's cake couture!! My husband and I decided to throw together a last minute beach ball themed 1st birthday party for our son. Planned everything in a week. I tried several bakeries and no one was available to make a custom beach ball themed cake until Lizzie. She took it on and exceeded my expectations. She was very friendly and easy to do business with. Not only did it turn out fabulous looking but it tasted wonderful!

I planned a Bachelorette party for my best friend last weekend and ordered cake pops from Lizzie to have in the hotel room. Lizzie's cake pops not only tasted delicious and looked amazing, but she was very responsive beforehand and even coordinated with the hotel staff to have the Cake pops in the room upon our arrival since I was coming from out of town. I would highly recommend Lizzie's business to anyone who is looking for cute/fun cakes for a birthday, bachelorette party, or any cake needed event!!!

Cake was perfect! Everyone loved it. The carrot cake was moist and the cream cheese center wasn't too sweet. The look of the cake was exactly what my daughter wanted! Thank you very much for your wonderful service. Lizzie was very nice and professional.
