We saw this place on Channel 3 recently and decided to check it out. It's tucked back in a beautiful strip mall in DC Ranch, has a nice patio, but even with the misters going, it's still a bit too hot outside. But the inside ambiance is very relaxing! You have your choice to sit at a table, lounge on couches and oversized chairs or they also have a nice bar. Our waiter (Dan) greeted us as we sat down, they have a wide variety of tasty food and drinks! There's a couple small TVs, but this isn't a sports bar, this is more of a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the people you're with! They also have a speakeasy that's open in the evening, looking forward to checking this out too sometime! All in all, the food was terrific, the service was wonderful and I highly recommend this place if you're looking to relax with a drink and good food!!

Recommend this place for some pre-dinner drinks with friends. Great beer and drink list though you have to go up to the bar to order as there are no servers taking drink orders. The later it got the louder it got. Added bonus of people watching on Saturday evening with tipsy (ok, let's just call them wasted!) folks exiting the bar from second floor. One young lady actually straddled the red velvet rope, another was fall down drunk in her cowboy boots and little else. Steady stream of bachelorette parties coming and going.

Interesting vibe, they have a "dress code" starting at 9pm. Wouldn't come here with a big group, it's very intimate and lounge-y. There was a band, but we didn't stay very long after we finished our overpriced drinks.

Came to Arizona for a trip and found out there was a Living room bar here so decided to give it a try and I have to say it was totally not what I expected it looks way different compared to the one back home but the environment was chill the staff was lovely and nice . The food could've been a bit better but their club sandwich was AMAZING ! The area is very pretty as well !

Elegant-modern-lounge decor with indoor and outdoor seating available. Lots of comfy couches and chairs. I'm sure this place looks great at night lit up with all its lights and several fire-pits.Hubby and I stopped in for a quick day-date to grab a drink and bite to eat. He thought the white sangria was really good and really can't beat the $4 price. Lots of other drinks and specials available during their 3-6pm social hour. We came in a little before then and didn't get a chance to explore them. Also, they have live music some evenings. Can't speak to the food since we only ordered the guacamole. But it was served with a slightly spicy salsa and an abundance of chips. Can't wait to try more menu items next time. They have a large selection from appetizers to sushi to tacos and sandwiches. Service was great and we absolutely love the ambience. Look forward to returning and adding more to my review once I try other menu items!

W = Wow!What a scene it was on Saturday night... I felt like I was in Vegas, New York, or LA at the hottest new club! It may have taken a while to open, but the latest Starwood Resort in AZ is definitely a place to see and be seen. Luckily, I was with some VIP girls upon valeting the car and we were able to enter right away instead of wait in line. Once inside, we made our way to the lobby bar and ordered up a round of cocktails. Most of us had martinis; a few had wine. My Raspberry Lemonade Martini was pretty tasty and went down easy. I can't say the same for the Candy Cane Martini that a few of the other girls had - they had to exchange it for something else as they said it tasted like cough syrup! All of the drinks were pricey - I think mine was the cheapest at $11 for one. We sat in the lounge area and people-watched for a while, and then Halley and I made our way into the W Store as we continued to sip our martinis. They had really cute stuff and I'm sure had I brought more money in, I would've spent it there! Onwards and upwards we went after that - upstairs! Little did I know that upstairs was where the most beautiful pool and huge patio was! (See pic) Great white lounge chairs, big comfy towels, several more bars, and tons of beautiful (and not so beautiful) people awaited us. It was a great place to hang out on a late summer night! If you do plan on heading over to the W to hang anytime soon, stop by the $$ machine before you go. Drinks are expensive and valet costs $8 or $10 depending on who you are before tip. (I was charged $8 while my brother was charged $10 - we figured that out today; not sure why Valet would not be one price so if you know, please let me know!)So as you can tell, this review is just for the experience of hanging out at the W; not actually staying there. With room rates starting from the high $300s, I doubt I will be staying anytime soon, but if you have the opportunity to do so, I would recommend it. Great location, hip place, lots of eye candy, and Sushi Roku (which I cannot wait to try sometime) awaits!

really the worst service in town. unfortunately it's one of the only trendy lounges to go to in Scottsdale and it's a shame the bartenders are so unfriendly and rude. I would recommend only going if you are with a group of friends and you don't need to interact with the bartenders otherwise they are bad energy and need better training in customer service.

I've been coming here for over four years and every time I've gone it's declined. I absolutely understand raising prices during these inflationary times however, quality should never be sacrificed. $8 edamame - so what, lemon pepper sprinkled on microwaved beans? Not memorable. Chicken cups - I guarantee that their chicken is bought pre cooked, diced and topped with bottled chili sauce. It's like a bad episode of a cooking show. California roll... not fresh. If your into browning avocado, this is your place. Service... not bad... not great. Go to sit on patio and watch people. Don't order food, you'd be better off grabbing McDonalds on way out of center.
