LIV Juice Bar and Smoothies

July 11th 2024 just a short update.For me this is still the best health food restaurant in the area with a huge variety now compared to a few years ago. The prices are basically the same as they were which is great compared to all the other places that have really raised their prices in this area.The owner, family and other staff members are always friendly and ever willing to take my recycle bottles and bags for my food and drinks.Of course, the place is always clean or I wouldn't be coming back once a week.There are no restrooms for the public and the parking is Hillcrest so, try around the corners.There is a small outside patio in the front.It is a very casual environment and you will see a lot of locals in here.If you enjoy smoothies they are super fresh.Please support your local businesses that know how to treat you well.

One of my favorite places to get fresh and healthy food. The staff are super friendly.Everything is delicious. Their acai bowls and smoothies are refreshing and affordable.ALL their sandwiches are good. You can tell they were made with love and care.Great for takeout on beach days or a quick lunch. They won't get soggy!

So glad Yelp recommended I review this place because I couldn't think of the name of one of the best spots I've tried in town!Really nice people making your food, great drink selection. Tons of open seating. The tuna was phenomenal! Nuff said. Yum!

This place is fantastic...I crave it all the time!! Hillcrest can get pretty busy sometimes and parking isn't always easy but if you go in the mornings, it's usually easy enough to park within walking distance. You can place your order and pay on their website which is so super convenient. At one point, to-go orders were placed on this table near the front for people to easily grab but now they have been keeping them behind the counter refrigerated, so you just have to ask the person at the register. There are always several people working hard, fast, efficient and they all are so kind. I loooooove their Green LIV Smoothie, sandwiches and avocado toast. Everything is always so fresh and delicious. It's very clean inside with plenty of seating. There's also some seating outside. For the quality, the prices are very fair. I love love love this place.

Don't get your juices anywhere else. Don't get your bowls anywhere else you want to eat healthy? You want to be appreciated? Come here! Come here every day and spend your 10 or $15 on food/juice here and you will never regret it. Outstanding service. Cool ambience and all in all the best juice store in San Diego County Bar. None. You can spend $20 on your 16 oz juice or you can spend eight here. Which do you prefer? Are you juiced already?:)

I love this place - located on a main strip in Hillcrest, this place is amazing! I love dropping in for a Juice pick me up. I always get the carrot ginger juice, and it never disappoints. I appreciate how raw the drink is, with no added sugars, flavors, or even ice! The drinks are worth the price and the freshness you get. This is not really a place to dine, but more so grab and go! I need to try some of their food options, but I can't say enough about the drinks.

The service is great and it's very welcoming. I loved the energy right when I walked in. The other customers were enjoying the patio which made me interested in trying it out. I ordered the cold veggie sandwich and it was lovely. The mustard and mayonnaise ratio was perfect.

I loved this place!!!!Such bright & lively atmosphere. I was in mood for sandwiches and walk by here and smell something delicious from the outside the restaurant. When I walk into it, I thought my nose may have mistakenly it for some odd thing. But I still decided to give it a whirl.I'm glad I trusted my instincts And boy I was happy with my order of Roast beef sandwich!!!Did you see the size of it!!!!I guess I was hungry I ate it all! They even served a complementary fruit cup!! Such a refreshing treat! The service is amazing as well! Glad I find this cute colorful sandwich place.

Came here for some smoothies. There is only street parking, which is difficult on a busy Sunday in the Hillcrest area but I was lucky and found parking within a couple minutes.Staff was friendly and greeted us right when we walked in, we ordered our smoothies and paid. Smoothies were delicious and refreshing. The decor in the restaurant was very nice, I will definitely be back to try their açai, bowls, and coffee.

This was my first time here because there is so many local juice spots in the area. Simple green juice that you can modify. Customers can also create their own custom juice. Everything was fresh. Downside they are located on University St. so parking can be limited.
