I remember when this place first hit Hyde Park on 53rd across the street from their current location over ten years ago. I ordered a Steak Fettuccine bowl and a Peach Lemonade through Door Dash. I received it fast. The steak Alfredo was good! The portion size was massive!!!! A little overly salty for my taste but still good! I wished steak taco meat sized pieces weren't used either. It was kinda off putting. The peach lemonade was really good too! Nice and refreshing! Not overly sweet! Next time I will try the Salmon Fettuccine bowl I have heard great things about it!

To be honest I was going to give them another chance after one bad experience but I had another equally frustrating experience. To start, their posted business hours are not accurate - they often close early. This wouldn't even bother me that much except the customer service is AWFUL! The guy at the register (I wish I would've got his name) actually rolled his eyes and sighed at me but this isn't the first time I've experienced them being rude. I absolutely won't be back here.

After previously ordering (and loving) the Caribbean Mango Jerk Salmon Bowl from Litehouse, I decided to revisit the menu to see what else they had to offer. I was intrigued by the Mikkey Halsted Pizza. According to the menu, it has: Love Crust, Marinara, Grilled BBQ Jerked Steak and Chicken, and Mozzarella Cheese. Yet another hit from Litehouse!I'm already a fan of bbq on pizza, so that was an immediate win. The jerk steak and chicken was spicy, but not so spicy that I couldn't enjoy it. There was a good amount of mozzarella cheese, and it seemed as though there was either Italian seasoning and/or oregano already on the pizza. The "love crust" was actually naan bread...and who doesn't love naan?! Chewy, but strudy enough to stand up to all of the toppings/ingredients. 1 thing I do wish was that the crust was a little more crispy, but that's nothing that my air fryer couldn't fix. A friend and I decided to try Litehouse Whole Food Grill. When we walked in the ambiance was great. We were greeted by the Cashier. I took my time to look over the menu to see what I would want. I ordered 3 Tacos with Ground Turkey and Cheese and a side of Sour Cream, a Rice Bowl with Ground Turkey and Cheese, and a Strawberry Lemonade. The Ground Turkey and Rice were seasoned very well. I do feel like I had more cheese in my bowl than anything else. They price point was average and it is a place that I would revisit.

I ordered the Salmon Fettuccine Bowl. It was delicious and flavorful. I was surprised how tasty the dish was. 2 strip of salmon. I will return.The restaurant ambiance was of a fast food environment. Few tables and chairs. Have to scan code to see menu. More entries than previous 53rd street location. Flavorful drinks but no diet drinks for seniors. Not the ambiance previous restaurant Orly's had.

I do not often get to visit and explore the Hyde Park area often due to my work schedule. Hubby and I left a comedy show and stubbled across this GEM. The service was great, the food was hot and tasteful. The owner asked us to try a new sauce and we were honored. The sauce is perfect and delicious. This GEM was just what we needed for our date night.

I've never eaten here and I won't. This place spammed car windshields with flyers that when rained on adhered to the glass and can't easily be removed. When my wife called to complain, the manager told her it wasn't his responsibility. It is. If he must continue to litter cars with flyers, he can use a supplier that makes flyers that can be removed and discarded. And if he gave a damn, he could have found out how to remove the adhesive and called us back to tell us. But I guess he doesn't and that's okay because I know better than to patronize a restaurant that doesn't give a damn about customers.

As a buffalo chicken connoisseur, and a man who would have a harder time turning down a good bowl than Willie Nelson, I had to try their "King's Buffalo Bowl". 10/10 I will definitely be back again. Would absolutely recommend to anyone for a spot to grab a lunch whether take out or dine in. Staff and service super friendly even during a big lunch rush. Lemonade was killer as well.

Specifically asked for brown rice in my Mediterranean bowl order - after I got home there was Spanish rice in the bowl instead. It wasn't worth driving all the way back to the restaurant, but I'm very annoyed I didn't get what I ordered. I shouldn't have to dig into the bowl while at the restaurant to ensure that my order is correct. Not happy.
