As far as buffers go, this is the worst one I've ever been to, and I've been to a loooooot of buffets all over the country. The food is just awful. Very low quality. You get what you pay for, and $17 per diner is nothing considering how expensive food has become. If you're looking to fill your belly with decent food, skip this establishment. All the food offerings consist of American food: fried everything. Ten different iterations of the same Americanized sweet/sour/salty/spicy sauce. Zero variety. Zero seafood. So much batter and dough and carbs and cheap filler. Very little protein. Or quality food of any sort, that isn't deep fried. On a Tuesday, we arrived at 7pm and by 9pm, all the food has been cleared and all the stations have been shut down. Arrive earlier during off peak dinning hours. Do not recommend.

Food was good like usual today, but the service was sorely lacking. Half way through my meal before I got my soda and never got a refill. Hoping this was a one off, not a new standard!

So Janna and I came here for the first time at 7pm on a Friday night, they were so busy. I couldn't believe how long the line was, we were a party of 2 and the hostess to us to stay close by, we waited maybe 3 mins to be seated. The Choices, wow just wow, they had so many choices. I made the mistake of filling up my plate as I went. My plate was pretty full before I made it half way through their selections. I didn't even see the back row that had a sushi bar, steak bar, and a Mongolian Grill Bar before we were leaving. This place was craziness, the waitress/waiters that we had were exceptional, they must have had 20 tables and they stayed in top of everything. This place is great, the service was good and the food was good. The organization they have to have to pull this off is amazing! We'll be back!

So, I came here when they first opened and the food was phenomenal! Fresh and as much as you could believe. Today, not so much. They still have lots of food, but it doesn't taste fresh and seems frozen. It's a busy restaurant, but it doesn't seem as clean. We won't be back, there are other Chinese Buffets in the valley besides this one. It's lost its luster.

This place has such potential. Too bad the air conditioning doesn't work very well and good luck getting a refill on your drinks. The servers don't come around and ask if you need more drinks, you literally need to wave your arms to try to get their attention. The service is awful but the food is very good. Lots of different varieties of chicken and different Chinese dishes. My kids also liked the chicken nuggets and French fries. If this place would improve the service it would be an amazing spot.

ALL the bathroom soap dispensers and hand sanitizer dispensers *in the building* were bone dry. That's seven empty dispensers with NO way for patrons or employees to wash their hands. Since it was (again) *ALL* of the dispensers, obviously they hadn't been filled in a while.I asked the employee at the front if they can fill them, and her response was a shrug and "do you want some hand sanitizer?". She pulled out a jug from from behind the desk that was also almost empty. My perspective is that you can tell how a restaurant keeps its kitchen by the way it keeps its bathrooms. Both M and F bathrooms were grimy, dark, and without any way to wash your hands. The food was mediocre, at best. Almost all the foods they serve would be better as their own entree from most Chinese restaurants around town. You're getting a larger selection, but everything is lower quality.

The food can really be hit or miss a lot of the time. Some days the food is really good and other days it's not so great. The service is usually good. I e not really had issues on that end.Ambiance, eh it's ok, a lot of people stare, it's weird. The bathrooms aren't clean normally that's a huge no go for me. If bathrooms can't be kept clean, it worries me where else isn't clean.

For vegetarian diners seeking a decent buffet experience, Lin's Grand Buffet offers a fair selection. The options includes staples like fried rice, lo mein, mei fun, a veggie medley, mushrooms, green beans, plantains, assorted potatoes, hot and sour soup, and a veggie sushi roll (cucumber, cream cheese, inari/tofu skin). The stir-fry station and salad bar were also options, though I did not take advatange this time around. While edamame was available at the sushi and salad bar stations, I would have loved to see a vegetarian protein option such as tofu! The dessert spread, inclusive of a soft-serve station, as well as cookies, pies, cake, fruits, cream puffs, pudding, and jello. At $15 per person for dinner, the price is fair, considering the amount of options. Certainly cost effective for those that can partake in all aspects of the buffet. The service is commendable, with friendly staff promptly clearing plates. The dining area itself was decent. Clean and spacious, though a very large family was seated right next to us, which made it feel a bit cramped.Overall, Lin's Grand Buffet is a decent spot for vegetarian diners with a variety of options. Again, would love to see a tofu option added to the entrees, but would likely visit again!
