We ordered pork dumplings, 锅包肉 and 糖醋里脊 to go and they were really good! I loved how they made the traditional northern dishes authentic and available to Seattle now!

To be honest, I was confused the first time I went here was after I moved in the hood. Was expecting the Rocking Wok and it wasn't apparent to me that it was a different restaurant, but I was hungry and ordered Beef Chow Fun to go. It was so good! Noodles were chewy, not too oily. It's been a few months, and today I ordered wonton noodle soup to go. It's still not apparent that Lin's is a different restaurant, especially with the old Rocking Wok sign still outside. Broth and wontons in the soup are tasty, but the noodles weren't the kind that survived a a 7-minute walk home. They're a bit mushy. There seems to be a wide variance of this dish in the city, so I can't hold it against them, especially when my first dish was so tasty. Ambience feels cozy, but a bit weird with my confusion over the name. Both times in the service had been very prompt and attentive, both to greet me and to wait for my order. Next time I'm gonna go for those hand-made dumplings!

This is not Rocking Wok, so if you expect prior recipes be warned. That said, beef chow fun excellent, dumplings /dim sum excellent, and the secret is their homemade garlic soy sauce you serve to yourself ( or mix with chili oil and vinegar.) I added the garlic soy sauce to everything and it worked well.Service was fast ( paper menus possible but you have to order on your phone via QR code and pay server with credit card.
