Great place to get a coffee and many other types of drinks. They have added wide variety of drinks to their menu since the ownership changed. Management seems very friendly and well ran, they make sure their customers are taken care of. I always feel at home when I am there. Since managment changed the place has only been better. The prices are excellent. I would recommend this place to anybody.

This is our staff's go to for a quick walk out of our office and a nice pick me up whether you need a coffee or snack. I love the variety of snacks they have including but not limited to oatmeal, bagels, sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, and hummus. The baristas are always friendly and make up good drinks. The dirty chai is delicious. They also have daily specials that change.

The only thing that could make this place better is a drive through otherwise I love to order ahead and have coffee ready and always delicious when I have time to come here!

Overly priced, coffee isn't strong as they claim. And they don't treat their employees well. Some baristas are nice others don't make their drinks top tier. Also If you want a crappy sandwich for 11 dollars then this place is for you L O L.

I can't speak for the experience inside the store, but I have ordered delivery several times throughout the pandemic and received great service each time. I particularly enjoy their iced caramel macchiatos and lattes. I lean towards the macchiatos just because of the balance between coffee flavor and milk - the pretty layers don't hurt either. I also love the personalized cups with the affirmative messages, it's a very sweet touch.Looking forward to visiting in-person one of these days, highly recommend Libby's.

We used to love coming here because we work close by but now that it's under new ownership I won't be going back. The quality of their stuff has dropped quite a bit. They charged me $11 for my frappe and it wasn't even the correct one! I didn't notice at first because it was on my pre paid account. If you want good service there is still one of the original girls that works there. Shauna is there Thursday and Friday mornings only. If I do ever go back it will be to see her. I miss the old place!

Libby's always makes my day better! They have Big Train chai, which has been my favorite since childhood. Prices are reasonable and there are a lot of quick grab and go options if you need some sustenance. The baristas are always super friendly! Keep in mind it gets busy and there is generally only one person behind the counter. For this reason, I always order ahead online and never have to wait long. Bonus - they have a rewards program for free drinks!

Me and my coworker used to love going to Libbys for some consistently good coffee. Now that they have the new owners our drinks have been made incorrectly multiple times and we even have the order written down for them. Example: missing shots, lacking flavors requested, receiving the incorrect size, etc. To be fair the employees that have been there since before the new ownership still make AWESOME coffee. I think we will have to call before we go to see who is working so we don't waste our money and time.
