LHK Noodle Bar

I was craving hu tieu nam vang/hu tieu my tho, and when I checked Yelp, this place was suggested! Glad we took a chance and came here, because their hu tieu my tho was really good! I just wish there were more noodles.The restaurant itself is really nice inside, 7 TV screens if you want to watch a sporting event, and a separate bar area.The server man was very friendly!

Returned to celebrate a friend l's Birthday. Returned to Celebrate Betty's Birthday. Chose a wide variety of dishes for our group of six. We arrived at 11:30 AM before the lunch rush. Sat down immediately and perused the menu. Chow Mein for long life. Calamari and Pork Egg rolls to share. The calamari was crispy with delicious fried garlic and peppers. Only complaint was the calamari itself was a little chewy and not as meaty as previously. The ambiance was modern and relaxed with multiple wide screen TVs showing the Olympics from Paris. Finally the have an incredible craft beer selection.

Ideally I'd give this place 3.5 stars :) stopped by with my family on a Sunday night and there wasn't a wait. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Theres a bar and lots of seating inside. They were playing the soccer game when we went. For some reason when I visited they didn't have pho on the menu. I ordered the vermacelli grilled pork dish and it was good and filling. Had lots of leftovers to bring home. My family ordered the fried pork chop noodle and rice dishes. Pork was cooked great, and very large portions. We also ordered the wonton soup and it tasted like at-home saimen broth, nothing bad but not special. Service was good, pretty slow near the end of our meal when we were waiting for the check and to-go boxes.

We haven't been to LHK in a while. So it was a pleasant surprise to see that they did a complete remodel of the place. I love how clean, bright, and new everything is. They even have a bar now. The food especially the wonton noodles are always on point. Their service was surprisingly improved and the staff actually smiled and showed a lot of patience when taking orders from our large and loud party. We will definitely be back more often now.

Such a great place to go to especially when you want some comfort food and some great drinks! Parking is pretty big so no worries with trying to park and get here. The place is also very spacious where you can sit at a table or at the bar. Sometimes you'll get a full crowd or sometimes it can be empty but it's still great! And All the servers are super friendly and welcoming too.They especially got so many food choices that it's so hard to pick what to get. My go-to so far are their noodle soups as their broths are so good and the meats, veggies, and other ingredients they put in are so good! One of my favorite places to go to just get some comfort food. They got other selections like fried rice, porridge, and more! I know I want to try coming here more often to try out other foods.And the beer selections are great too! They go through different rotations so make sure to go and try them out before they run out. They post on Instagram of what drinks are going to be on tap so you can always check them out to see what drinks they'll have available.So if you want some good food and beer selections, this is your go to! Don't miss out!

I came here with a friend for a late lunch/early dinner. I liked how spacious it was inside. It looks small from the outside but they have a good amount of seating. Since we came at an off time to eat, we received attentive and fast service. I ordered their shrimp and pork spring rolls and my friend ordered a bowl of wonton noodle soup. The portion sizes were generous. The rolls were good with just the right amount of peanut sauce. And my friend enjoyed her wonton soup but noticed that there is a lot of noodles and not that much wonton. Parking was pretty easy to find. Their menu selection is good so I would return here to try something else.

Amazing vietnamese food!! It was my first time eating here and it looks like a hidden gem! I came during a late lunch time (1:30pm) and there were many people inside which made me nervous that the food isn't good. But thankfully the food was amazing!!!They have standard Vietnamese food like pho but they have a ton of other great dishes!! My mom and grandma cook quail at home all the time, but it's uncommon to find in restaurants. So when I saw quail on the menu, I had to order it, and it did not disappoint! It was season differently from how my family makes it, but it was soooo delicious. My boyfriend got duck and rice and enjoyed his meal. We'd love to come back and try other dishes such as the porridge and wonton dishes. This is how authentic Vietnamese food should be done! Definitely going to be one of new favorite go to restaurants in SD.

Ordered: signature wonton and dumpling flat rice noodle soup and the bird's nest. + Big portions, chewy noodles, tender beef. - they got my order wrong: i asked for flat rice noodle and they gave me thin egg noodle. I didn't ask them to change it because I'll still eat it, but could use a bit more attention to detail. I wish the noodle soup had some vegetables in it, even just like 2 choysums. I got all wontons but no dumplings.I'll try some other dishes and give them another chance sometime. Atmosphere: a modern sports bar with plenty of tables in the middle for fast casual chinese/vietnamese rice and noodle dishes

I have been here multiple times since I discovered this place because I absolutely love everything I have tried from here (except the peanut sauce with the spring rolls). Most places have awful fried tofu, but theirs is absolutely delicious! And I'm talking about both the appetizer and in the soup. Their meats and veggies are always fresh and the broth is extremely flavorful without needing to add anything to make it decent. Their Wontons and Dumplings Soup is packed full of flavor and that is my favorite soup that I've had from them other than the Tofu & Vegetable, which is simple, but incredibly delicious!Everything that I've had with their garlic chili sauce has been soo good! I have to get an appetizer with it every time now. Also, their rice dishes are impressive as well. Finally got to try some last time I was here and I was not disappointed. The Roasted Duck with steamed rice was absolutely amazing, but I just could not get enough of the Yang Chow Fried Rice. I've already introduced this place to multiple people because I constantly want to come back here.

Great food! Everything I've tried is great. Located in on the side strip mall side of Target that's a little older, it doesn't get too busy, but still a consistent crowd that comes in. Garlic Pork Chops, their soups!!! Their rice dishes and their noodles.... all great. Fast service and never a wait for a table. My go to on a rainy day and I want soup!
