Keim Family Market has all the goodies! Although the sign by the main road says Yoders, GPS says Keim.I took a spring drive with my parents on my recent visit to Ohio. It was about an hour from their house. Keim's sells Amish made furniture (indoor and outdoor). And they had a bakery, deli and lots of food items such as jelly, candy, sauces, pickled items and much more! From the bakery we purchased a half dozen of their huge donuts, cinnamon buns, peanut butter cookies and chocolate nut fudge. From the grocery store my Dad purchased a large jar of apple butter. And from the deli we ordered a Kahns bologna, Italian and chicken salad sandwiches. My fav was the chocolate glazed cream filled donut! Don't get me wrong, it was all delish!I had the Italian on herb bread and it was huge! I ate half for lunch and saved the rest for dinner. My parents did the same. And the ingredients were super fresh right down to the bread. I would absolutely recommend trying a sandwhich! I'll be back on my next visit this summer!

Stopped in this Amish store for the first time. Their prices were slightly higher than the Amish store I shop regularly. I bought some of their discounted items (marked down due to looming exp date) & they were a good deal. Loved the pumpkin bars with gobs of cream cheese icing. Hubby & I were hungry so we ordered a roast beef/swiss cheese sandwich at the deli. I thought $7.99 was high for the sandwich until I opened the container & saw how huge it was. It was piled high with meat, cheese, pickles, onion, lettuce & tomato slices. We split it & couldn't finish it. It was worth the price! Check out at the register was pretty slow as the cashier didn't know how to change the register receipt roll. I'd return here to get another sandwich.

Hands down one of the best places you can go to get delicious food. Yes they have great furniture, swing sets, and wind chimes. Let's be honest. The donuts are the best around. The amish are very Friendly and it's definitely a family market. A hidden gem for sure I drive 45 mins out of my way when visiting family just to go here!

It's worth the drive if you enjoy: directly supporting family based businesses; sweet baked goods such as doughnuts; wide selections of kitchen staples such as grains, spices, candies, extracts, and other stuff (the selection of pantry items is fantastic); all at fair prices. Overall it's fun to browse here - you find unusual niche stuff that isn't often available in Ohio such as Kutztown brand sodas. Nothing in 2023 is cheap but the bulk spices and grains they sell (repacked by them, not out of bins) are very cost effective. The doughnuts, cream horns, and other sweet baked items are ridiculously good, some are comically large (like a glazed doughnut that is 6" in diameter and very fat) and they often "dump" their doughnut inventory at a discount when they get close to closing time. You can find niche things here such as 1 lb and under packages of country ham. I didn't find their breads that compelling. The deli sandwiches are very tasty and fresh. Some reviews here mention "friendly". I'm not saying these folks are not friendly but more like very reserved and taciturn. They don't talk much so don't expect talkativeness. I assume it's a cultural thing. They have a large selection of Amish built indoor furniture, Trex and wooden deck furniture, and sheds on display.

Best Amish place in Southern OH hands down! A deli, yummy baked goods, huge selection of grocery and specialty items plus many hand-crafted items for yourself or gift-giving that are very reasonably priced. Don't miss this one; you WILL regret it...

We always visited the Millers Amish Store, but ran across this place. I really love the walking around and shopping for groceries. My only con is that Millers Amish store has a better bakery section than Keims. Other than that, a great experience and took home a bagful of food home!

Keim's is a museum of culture and a marketplace all in one. Located 60 miles east of Cincinnati, this shop is Amish owned and operated. Not only do they sell everything you need, handmade or cooked by their families, but they sell things you can't find at your mega grocery store. The first thing you see when driving up to Keim's are huge items of woodworking for sale: - gazebos - dog houses - children's playground sets - sheds - Adirondack lawn chairsI'm not talking one or two of these, there are sheds as far as the eye can see! Next, there is the Furniture Barn, which houses gorgeous bed frames, writing desks, storage cabinets, and end tables. The quality of woodworking - wow - you don't find this kind of stuff at Ikea. Beautiful. If I needed furniture, I would come here to buy it. It was all very reasonably priced too, considering the labor. Most pieces ran around $500.The main store is the largest building on the property. Inside, rows of additional furniture line the walls, including rocking chairs, exquisite office desks, spice racks, garbage can hiders, coat racks and computer desks (yes, ironically, the Amish make computer desks.) The woodwork is a museum in itself. What's more impressive? Since Keim's is an Amish market, there is no electricity inside. The store is lit with strategically placed skylights. There are also gas lights attached to the ceiling, as well as gas powered fans. I've never seen these before; they were fascinating! It should also be noted that Keim's is best enjoyed when the temperatures are cooler, as there is no air conditioning. In addition to the architecture, Keim's sells ALL sorts of food! - An entire aisle of jams - An entire aisle of spices - An entire aisle of candies - 12 different kinds of fudge - Amish-made sodas - Freshly baked bread - Freshly baked pastries (lemon turnovers, peanut butter creamhorns) - Yogurt covered pretzels (raspberry, cinnamon, blueberry, chocolate, and vanilla.) - CHEESE CURDS! Five kinds of cheese curds: cheddar, buffalo, pepper jack, garlic, and horseradish.(I left with the first three.) I have looked everywhere for cheese curds in Downtown Cincinnati. Here there are in abundance out in the country. Oh! And they have free samples of all the snacks, so you can try before you buy. (Or buy more than you originally intended.) There are also plenty of soaps, candles, and knitted items for the kitchen. The even have flowers for your garden. I left with a gigantic mum for only $4.50. I've never seen so many buds on one plant!Keim's goods puts a refreshing twist on some of our favorite products, like the yogurt pretzels. Everything here is so fresh, and you can see it being made by the Amish in the open kitchen. What about cost? Super affordable! Most foods cost $2.00 - $4.00. I left with six huge sacks of goodies for $80.00.Looking for something different to do with your afternoon? Visit Keim's to learn about Amish culture, see quality woodworking craftsmanship, and taste the delectable offerings of the market.

I love this place. It is definitely worth it to stop here when you are out in Adams County. In fact, I would come to Adams county for this place and Millers. Why?1. There isa nice play area outside, which is great for kids.2. Amish made furniture (hand-crafted, hardwood, amazing quality)- rocking chairs, benches, gliders, chicken coops, gazebos, sheds, play structures, etc. 3. An amazing selection of bulk-packaged dry goods. Just about any spice, snack, flour, etc you could ask for at extremely reasonable prices. You can also get farm fresh eggs, a good selection of cheese4. I can't forget to mention the baked goods (breads, cookies, pies, pretzels, buns). All very reasonably priced as well.5. If you're hungry for a meal, you can grab a sandwich at their deli.6. In the summer, there is a (very) small farmers market out front on Wednesdays, where you can pick up more fresh produce. Even if it isn't Wednesday, you can sometimes still find a small selection of fresh produce outside.Be sure to check this place out, you will not regret it.

Keim family market is a must-stop when we take a trip out to Adam's Co. to visit family. Main reason: play area. There are tons of playgrounds that Keim's has in the front for children to play on. These are up for a reason - they want you to buy them for your kids, of course. We usually go here with our toddlers for about an hour or more (there's about 8 different jungle gyms up), get a snack inside and just lounge on the furniture on their front porch.Lots of selection for those who are looking for farm needs as well (chicken coops, houses, etc).Secondary reason: The food inside is bulk-packaged and very inexpensive. They have sucanat (unprocessed sugar) and other uncommon goods here too for really good prices. If you eat some odd stuff like us, this is the place.Between Keim's and Miller's, we're able to get our dry goods for a very good fare.
