Absolutely terrible excuse for a cab company. I need to take taxis home from work this week because 2/3rds of my usual rides are COVID positive and the last has work doing tax prep, so I need to get home on my own. Problem is, I waited a solid 1 hour and 30 minutes for a ride and got absolutely nothing! It was so bad that I was essentially waiting for the remaining ride's shift to end to get home, defeating the purpose of calling. I've waited an hour for service before this too, pre pandemic so you can't even blame that! Terrible service, never calling again.

I called a cab before six. Two hours later, as I was boarding the plane, they called back to ask if I still needed a cab. I had mad fruitless calls in the interim because they call went into a program that allowed no contact with a dispatcher. I ended up paying for parking at the airport. Their incompetence is incredible.

Called and reserved a pickup eight hours in advance. At time of pickup , had not arrived. So I called and was told they were searching for a driver. 50 minutes later still had not shown up. We had to get a neighbor to take us before we missed our flight. I would suggest calling another service if you have some place to be at a certain time.

I only recommend it if you are not a wheelchair user. I have had several issues due to my chair. I don't use them anymore because of it. The drivers are usually okay but I've been left because they don't want to deal with the chair and I've had drivers stress out because my chair doesn't fold.

After the driver in cab #502 refused to take me to my destination on the non toll bridge adjacent to the north bound i65 bridge for an extra charge of $4.50 I asked the next cab in line who also refused even though I showed them on the map the toll free route. I then called the dispatcher who answered and wanted to know why I was calling her and asked me to use another cab service, insisting I should give my business to the second rude driver and wanted nothing to hear about what a shoddy rude outfit they are running there. She began to talk really fast and then hung up on me!!I have never come across something this crazy disguised as running a business before and hope I will never have to run into it again.Now it gets even more interesting because Yellow Cab has an **exclusive** contract here at the airport and if you don't want to put up with their unfriendly rude service you better have someone else pick you up from there or walk from this remote area to where ever you are headed, with your luggage!

I'd give this company a zero if I could. Cab number 612 was driving aggressively on I65N at approximately 1:15pm. Tailgating & speeding we're involved. Getting to the appropriate person to file a complaint was grueling. Finally, after pulling my car to an exit & while writing this review, I spoke with a representative regarding this manner. All I wanted was for someone to contact the driver, tell her drive more courteous, & remind her that she is in a numbered company car not her personal car. She easily would have rear ended me if I had to use my breaks. The situation could have turned very bad, very quickly.
