This place is far from Japanese and the food it's very poor quality. I wouldn't recommend anything from here unless you want more of a bland tasteless overpriced meal.

Absolutely terrible. We walked in and sat for 20 minutes before being able to place our drink order and get menus.And that was it. We didn't see a waitress again for another 40 minutes. Meanwhile people that came in after us were already eating their food, and we had yet to be able to even order. Ended up leaving after over an hour and still having never been able to order food.

We are in Corydon on vacation from California and we frequently eat at Japanese restaurants.Found this on a search and so glad we did!Bento boxes are amazing as are the California rolls. Excellent experience. We will come back again before we leave this area next week.

Stop in because there are a ton of fast foods around. This was one a maybe a couple restaurants nearby. Had the gyoza, pretty good. Entree wasps the steak and shrimp combo with fried rice. Accompanied by miso soup and salad. The steak was actually very tender, better than I expected. I liked the fried rice, slightly crispy. The sauce for the fish I thought was a little bit salty for me.The shrimp was okay, slightly over cooked. I did not partake in the raw dishes here. The staff was friendly and attentive. Looked like some regulars popping in while I was dining.

Very over priced and seems some of the food has been sitting and its A crap shoot if you get good service or not this place has potential if they took pride.

Our service was horrible, took 5 minutes for the waitress to get our drinks because she couldn't stop talking and laughing with him friends. She briugh out our soup and salad at the same time as our dinner and the soup wasn't even hot slighly warm like it was sitting out for awhile, never got our drink refills and manager seemed rude, i was walking and she almost ran into me and said nothing or even looked at me.

What a disappointment. Couldn't even taste the teriyaki chicken. Spring rolls were so small I don't know how they made it that small. My wife got sick after we ate there. She had the smoke salmon roll. We don't recommend this place.

Low-quality pseudo-Japanese takeout, very similar to the "Chinese" food you'd get at a Panda Express. I got a "filet mignon" dinner box, which is just chunks of seasoned beef over a pile of fried rice and veggies (again, very similar to a Panda Express). Another member of our party ordered a "steak" bento; the beef was indistinguishable from my "filet mignon". I didnt get sushi but those who did report that it isn't great. The miso is average.The staff didn't bother to label anything in our 5-person takeout order, so we had about 15 mystery Styrofoam containers and it was a headache to figure out which items belonged to which person.

PYSCHO SERVER: On July 25, 2023 my 17 year old daughter went there to eat. The issue wasn't the food. when my daughter left she didn't have enough money on her card to leave a tip. She is 17. the girl who ran her debit card got her name found her on instagram and started messaging and harassing her for not leaving a tip. Was threatening her. my daughter apologized that she didn't have money to leave a.

I have found the the quantity and quality of the food is far better if you eat there in the restaurant. I won't do take out from them anymore, but we still enjoy eating there.
