When I went to the Thursday Night Live downtown, I noticed this very large bright red truck.. It look very interesting so I went to explore it. It was a food truck. It was a new food truck that has been open a short time. The owner Anthony Rios built this food truck and another one as well. The back end of the truck is like a patio to be for special occcassions or VIP guest. Cant miss it for it really does standout. He offers Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches, Hamburgers, Smoked Cheeseburgers, Fried Green Tomatoes. There is a popular item on the menu and that is the Deep Fried Mac & Cheese Ball with a dipping sauce.When I saw people walking around with these huge balls of something on their plates I knew I had to try one. I did try that and you get two balls of the Mac & Cheese almost the size of a tennis ball. It was very moist and crunchy at the same time. When I cut into it, it had cheese stringing out of it. The sandwiches that came out look very yummy. This food truck sell out of alot of good food, especially the Mac & Cheese Ball. So if you want to try it get there early.
