We had a great lunch today at the restaurant in the lodge. All of the staff were wearing masks and gloves, and the tables inside and out were at least 6 feet apart. The menus were printed on a single sheet of paper, front and back, and were disposed after we used them. Missy seated us on the patio, which we had all to ourselves. She took our beverage orders and left us to look over the menu.We started with the fried green tomatoes, served with ranch dressing from packets instead of a ramekin. Missy also brought some Buffalo ranch in case we wanted it. The tomatoes were fried crispy and delicious.Hubby ordered one of his favorites, the hot brown, and I had a chef salad with blue cheese dressing. Both portions were quite generous, and tasty.
