Woodbridge Apartments

I lived at Woodbridge Apartments for 3 years and enjoyed my time there. It's in a nice area with a lot surrounding it, has friendly staff and we never had any issues. We lived in the 1 bed 1 bath model and it was in nice shape, with updated appliances and flooring which was really nice. We had a couple things that would need fixing here and there, but their maintenance staff were always quick to resolve it. I've lived in multiple apartment complexes in the past, but Woodbridge by far has the nicest staff I've encountered. They were always cheery and willing to help with whatever I needed. I'd recommend living here if you're searching from somewhere in the Lyndon area!

Lived here for a year now and they literally never answer the phone and never fill maintenance requests. I have requests dating back to 6 months that have never been fixed. I have fixed more things myself then they have on THEIR property. Love the place but thats because I take care of it. Can find better service, properties, and prices literally anywhere.

Beautifully hardscaped and landscaped property with units that offer privacy as well as plenty of natural light. Brian, Steven and Soha are caring and courteous, professional team leaders whose commitment to helping residents achieve resolution to any issues and concerns is impressive. Thank you for the many things each of you and your staff do every single day, make as well as keep this such a unique and beautiful community to live in and call home!

i would like to very briefing extend kudos to carla, our property manager and to her maintenance team. Daily, they endeavor to exceed my expectations and in my humble opinion, are doing an exemplary jobmomma d and poppy
