Food was terrific but drive thru doesn't work and never will. This place sells a variety of food from steak burgers, chicken, salads, and more.It is a small restaurant that you can eat in or carry out. It is in Jeffersontown near the corner of Taylorsville rd and Watterson Trail.Ordered online for pickup. Website was easy to use, that give you many options to choose with each meal.My chicken sandwich and salad were excellent and filled me up. My wife loved her meal as well. My food was ready when I arrived. Will definitely come back and try a steak burger next time. By the way my wife shared some of her fried rice which was amazing. Two thumbs way up for this place.

There's a new place to get wings and burgers in J-Town, and I'm here for it.When this former KFC closed I didn't shed a tear (it wasn't the world's greatest KFC), but wondered what was coming in next. I was curious when I saw that WNB Factory was coming in because it wasn't anything I was familiar with.WNB Factory stands for Wings and Burgers Factory and they specialize in...you guessed it. Wings and Burgers. But wings and burgers aren't all they have to offer. We visited on a Friday evening, not knowing what to expect. Handily, they had printed menus you could peruse as well as the menu board behind the counter. This is an "order at the counter and we'll call your name when it's ready" kind of place.Looking at the menu, aside from wings and burgers, they offer salads, fried rice, chicken tender and sandwiches, and cheesesteaks! Jim being Jim, I ordered the Steak Cheesesteak and was not disappointed. I 100% LOVED seeing a chicken sandwich on the menu called "Not Closed on Sunday" in a slight dig at that highly overrated chicken place that's Not Open on Sunday. (that, alone, give WNB Factory high marks for me). For wings there is a choice of around 11 or so various sauces in a variety of flavours and heat levels. The menu sports a number signature Steakburgers as well as a Build Your Own burger starting with 1, 2, or 3 patties and you choice of 3 different buns (Signature Brioche bun, Pretzel bun, or as a Lettuce Wrap). I already know that on our next visit I'll be digging on the Bacon Jalapeño burger. For drink options they've got one of those "Every soft drink you've ever wanted in your entire life" soda machines as well as a cooler with a selection of bottled drinks. They also offer milkshakes, smoothies, and frappes. After ordering our meals at the counter and sat down to wait. I got the #2 (Cheesesteak) and the wife got #3 (Rice and Wings). It was less than a week before Christmas, so the lone television was play Christmas music (albeit a bit loudly). For not being open very long they have a pretty brisk business, with people coming in to place or pickup orders nearly constantly during our visit. The interior is well let and accented with black and yellow (which is about as far away from the KFC color scheme the used to adorn this building). There are a number of tables and chairs for those eating in.Speaking of chairs, these are the lighted chairs I've ever seen. Seriously. It's almost as if the interior of the meal chair is filled with helium. There is a drive thru but it's for order pickup only (via the app or online). They don't have an order board for your typical "Order at the crappy speaker and pull ahead and repeat your order again because we probably got it wrong" service. Our food was ready in about ten minutes and was hot and accurate. My cheesesteak was surprisingly good and the fries were very tasty.I'm 100% behind WNB Factory and I'm glad it came to town.

This is located where the former KFC was located. It can be a tricky location to get in and out of during times of peak traffic. There is a drive-through board, but I'm not sure if they ever plan on having a drive-through line. The portion sizes for the sweet potato fries with huge. However, they were cold when I got them. I think they went ahead and package them while the turkey burger was still cooking. I've seen some mixed reviews on this, and I honestly haven't been there enough times to know if there is consistency or inconsistencies. The time I went, was not a busy time, so I was not shocked to see the staff and employees speaking with each other while things cooked. Per me, the meal was OK. The price was more than I expected, however, I know that inflation is hitting many restaurants. However, the amount of sweet potato fries was a good deal.

This Place is new & clean. Customer service is good & the food came out quick. My wings had good seasoning but I'll note I'm picky on my wings so I'd personally skip on these or ask for well done next time. I will 100% come back to try something different. Their sandwiches looked awesome. Oh & my salad was fresh & good. I think it's worth a try :)

Wow! One new amazing place in the Louisville area.It is a fast food restaurant but not fast like MacDonald's. I heard that fresh ingredients are made immediately upon receiving the order. So, the food tastes just like a high-end restaurant. It was worth the wait because of the food quality. Even the vegetables had a fresh taste.-The restrooms are super clean.-There was no tip option at checkout like in other fast-food restaurants.-Reasonable pricesIf you are a Wing lover, this is a place you must visit. I tried several wings, and the Korean BBQ sauce-flavored wings had a slightly spicy and sweet flavor. The non-spicy wings were crunchy and delicious. This restaurant is a top-quality fast-food restaurant.

I stopped in here today for lunch while I was in the area. I have been waiting to try this since I saw them a few months ago so I was pleased to stop in. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich it was 799 and it was ready in approximately five minutes. I ordered the counter And paid waiting in the lobby. Took some photos. Five minutes later I went to the truck to eat it. Chicken sandwich was very tasty. It was freshly made you could tell it was not processed chicken you could tell it was real chicken and it was tasty. I do recommend itand it was worth the price

This is a new place that went into the old KFC building in Jeffersontown. The service is certainly subpar and the wait was over 20 minutes for a small order. The burger was small and eclipsed by the bun way too much. It tasted okay. The fries were not very good. The cheesesteak was very dry and over cooked. I would not order it again. The wings were large cooked well and good taste. Like I said this is a new place so it might be worth a try but don't expect to much.

Have now tried WNB Factory in J-Town four times & every time has been outstanding! We went originally for the wings but keep coming back for the cheesesteaks. The wings & tenders are really good, and we were totally happy with them. In fact my wife raves about the Music City Hot sauce to the point it spurred trip number three, but the OG Cheesesteak & the Hot & Spicy are two the best cheesesteaks I've had. Add in a side of onion rings (think Burger King onion rings) and I'm in comfort food heaven. I'm very excited to hear that WNB Factory is opening a second location in the Highlands.

Service was fantastic! Food wasn't that great. Wings for the most part weren't edible. I did enjoy the fries and ranch. The inside was very clean. Doesn't have a drive through like we thought. Plenty of parking.
