Hotel was clean, staff friendly, and breakfast bar was very good. The price was excellent. I booked this last-minute on a weeknight. It's near many restaurants -some within walking distance.

Housekeeping and maintenance super nice The facility definitely needs an update. Pillows not bad just flat Beds, if you have a bad back they might just be ok cause it's firm. AC doesn't get cold-cold, just enough to keep it not hot if that makes sense. I definitely won't come back.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The room was clean and I had plenty of room to make myself at home, while the staff was very friendly and courteous. I was checking in pretty late and the gentleman assisting me was as nice as can be. They went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. Additionally, it is really close to I-65, which was a great convenience for me as a traveler, and the poolside atmosphere was very relaxing after a long trip. The room even had a nice jacuzzi! I could give this hotel no stars I would! We had a lot of problems with bugs in our room. One bug I killed and took to the front desk. The lady at the desk was quite rude, and said to me "What do you want me to do about it?" I asked if we could switch rooms, but there were no more rooms available. I asked if there was anyway to treat the room with pesticides, and she said she would see what they could do. She warned doing so "might gives us a headache". Since qe qere heading to the ball field, we asked them to treat the room. Even so,we continued to have ongoing problens with an ant infestation, and other bugs. We also had a huge problem with the maid service in our room. Four out of six days our room was not properly serviced. On Monday the maid service did not clean the room at all. However, they did take the tip that was left for them. Three days our room was not serviced at all. We had to ask at the desk for fresh towels to shower. One day, we come back to the room to find only one bed made. No ice bucket replaced, minimal towels replaced, no tub mat, and one trash can still full. All 4 days we had the maid service requested tag on the door. Never has the do not disturb tag been on.Again the person at the front desk was quite rude. No apology, no let me get someone there right away. Nothing! The cleanliness of the room is not good. There is mold in the bathroom. Rust in the. bathroom. A hole in the bedding that looks like it is a cigarette burn. The floor is just down right nasty with sticky areas. We had to wear shoes at all times it is so bad!Security was another problem we encountered. There was a side entrance very close to our room. That door was left propped open with a brick 24/7. Anyone could come and go without a room key. The pool area was extremely slippery! I was hard to walk with out almost falling! The pool was supposed to close at 10pm, but some nights there were people out there till midnight. When I finally had enough of the noise, I called the fromt desk to complain. Our room overlooked the pool, so there was constant noise from that area. There was also a lot of noise from the elevator construction. They started construction as early as 6am some mornings. We have brought all these issues to the attention of the front deak, but they have not addressed them. We were told there are simply no other rooms available. We are extremely disappointed and displeased with the hotel! The hotel is worth about $60 a night, notthe $145.99 we are paying. No apology was offered, no compensation. Nothing!

On 2/17/24, my family rented a nice large conference room for our brother's memorial service. We were told our date and time was locked in and we put down a deposit. When we arrived early that morning to set up, we learned the hotel had double booked the same room with the Lions Club and they took so long we were never able to use the room. We had to host my brother's celebration of life in the hotel's breakfast area where we helped the staff move furniture so we'd have enough chairs in the room. It was pathetic. We did get a refund, but it was horrible that they did this to us especially for a funeral service.

We stayed a night, and found rest, and esp relaxation. The indoor pool was a treat! Staff was very helpful and courteous. The facilities are clean and tidy. We will be in the area again. We shall stay again.

Bedbugs. After staying and figured iij ng out we were being bite my wife and I went to a Healthcare Provider and started it was bedbug bites immediately let my know. They got rude from that point. They gave us 10 dollars in quarters said do all your own laundry. And let us move ourselves. Same thing within 2 hours They did nothing from that point but get ruder. I called health dept. And several hrs. Later was asked to leave. Went to get truck and was let know almost immediately I ffc we came back on property we would be arrested. Filed report with police. Police spoke with owner and said per policy that we had 60 days to claim our stuff from lost and found. It was thrown away that day all of our belongingsWow

This place was nice and clean. I had an issue at check and with the hot tub working in the room. They more then compensated me for the problem. I would definitely stay again.

Luckily I was only staying one night. Housekeeping definitely needs to do a better job. The room actually had a musty smell to it, not sure if the previous person had an animal in there. Beds were very uncomfortable. Place definitely needs some updating.

Needs Updating. Clean your outside windows... wasp nest etc all around them! Once updated this property would make a lot of money! Oh an additional curtain because you can see through the cracks.. I apologize to the guest who saw inside our room
