Great place for many types of plants and trees. They have a huge inventory, which includes many hard to find varieties. They even have bonsai started and orchids, as well as a big selection of air plants. The staff and owners are very knowledgeable and helpful. Not a pushy sales place. Relaxed and beautiful.

Ten out of ten. As a business owner, relationships are everything. The workers are friendly and very knowledgeable about the selection of plants and will make sure you get what you're looking for

As with everyone dealing with the pandemic, I've spent a lot of time at home over the past few months. During my time at home I've grown my indoor plant collection and also started a small container garden on my patio. Once I realized that Wilson's was very near my home, I was so excited to take a trip there and see what kind of goodies I could find. I would prefer to spend my dollars locally than with the big box stores.Upon arrival, I walked around outside browsing and didn't see much that caught my eye, but honestly I was there for house plants so I made my way inside after a short while. When I walked in the door, both gentlemen working at the counter looked up, but didn't acknowledge me. At the time, they both were working with customers so I didn't expect them to divert attention away from them to speak to me. I browsed around for a while looking at this or that. I saw a small tree plant that caught my eye and I wanted to know more about it. They had many plants inside cover pots so I wasn't able to see the price tag. I kept watching the desk area to try to make eye contact with someone so they would know to check on me when they were free. One customer finished her transaction so that left one staff member available. I looked over and made eye contact several times, but was never acknowledged. I still decided to just keep browsing. I think I spent about 20 minutes total inside and never once did anyone speak to me. My presence was basically ignored. Sure, I could have gone up to the counter and asked for help, but since I had made eye contact more than once with staff and remained in the store for quite a while, you would think they would want to at least say hello. Unfortunately my first visit to Wilson's left a very bad impression so I won't be returning.

This is the first time I've been to the smaller version of the big brother in Frankfort (and the wonderful Sage Café). It's in a growing stage, no pun intended. I do have to say that they know their business and are enthusiastic about all greenery. Jennifer Wilson, the owner is quite friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed chatting with her. While there won't be a Sage at this location, she is considering a Sage Food Truck. In the meantime, take a ride up to the Frankfort Wilson's and don't miss lunch at the café.

I am so glad I found this place! I had heard about Wilson's in Frankfort, but had no idea they had a location here. Their service, for the most part, is phenomenal. They are extremely helpful and very nice. Not so great on following up when they get something in that you ordered, but oh well. They have a nice variety of plants and carts to haul everything around. Their small annuals are very expensive. However, I was pleased to see that their larger plants were rather reasonable - I bought four beautiful peonies for about $28 each. And I got an Encore azalea for $45 - about half what another nursery was charging. So, I got my bigger plants here and my annuals elsewhere. I will definitely be back!

I am a huge flower lover and a bigger tree and bush lover. This place is almost a hidden haven. I went here with a neighbor of mine who is a landscaper and was blown away. We were in search of some old school snow ball bushes and were having a super hard time finding them. We called here, but said they didn't have any. We showed up and was looking around for something that would make me happy and......low and behold. I found 3 of the exact plants I was looking for. YEAH ME.This place was filled with tons of flowers and bushes in bloom. They were all aligning the isles of the little gravel paths. There were a few green houses that contain indirect sun plants and bushes. I have to say I was a huge fan. They have a parent company in Frankfort. If this place don't have what you are looking for they will order it or see if Frankfort has it. Pretty cool if you ask me.I will stop here often when I am working on a house project. You should too.

I bought a Red Bud tree in the Fall on sale and found out this Spring that it died. I called and was told that there is NO WARRANTY on plants sold on sale. I would gladly have paid full price if I had known this! I am truly disappointed!

I absolutely love this place. Friendly staff and beautiful flora. I was looking for some very small (actually tiny) plants to use as accents in a decorative shelf. Not only did I find the exact size plants I was looking for, I also found very cool small, decorative and rustic tins to plant them in. I've seen Joanna Gaines use similar plants on her show, Fixer Upper. She'd totally approve of my find at Wilson Nursery.

We had high hopes for this place due to a lot of inventory but the customer service was so poor we left. We were looking for something specific and after walking around a bit, we stopped the first employee we saw. He said he dealt only with houseplants. We then went inside to the cashier and asked. He said he did not have our specific plant. A female employee who seemed knowledgeable suggested we look through the evergreen section and read labels. These people are supposed to be experts but they were too lazy to walk outside with us. Also, they acted like we were bothering them so we left and vowed never to go back.

Very disappointed as I keep trying to give this place another try- today I couldn't even find a small little pot/flower for a housewarming gift, selection was lacking and things looked thrown together (nothing fit in the pot it was in)- and not one person inside even spoke to me. In fact, only once in 4-5 visits has customer service even been remotely ok. It's too bad bc I wanted to like this place- not like their Frankfort location.
