Even though we were very early for our reservation they had us sat immediately in a private booth that really brought the speak easy vibe to life. The food was immaculate and the drinks were perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better pre concert dinner spot for our one night in Louisville.

Excellent brunch spot in the basement of the Grandy hotel. Stumbled upon it by chance when Wiltshire was closed this weekend. I didn't know this place existed. It was a bit busy because of the closure but service was still nice and got us everything we needed. My veggie omelet was excellent. I especially loved all the goat cheese. Nice chill vibe. Great alternative when coming for a show at the KY center which is just next door.

Delightful little spot beneath a boutique downtown hotel. Small, intimate space, but not crowded--spots at a nice bar, some tables scattered about, and a few high tops. It's not a super casual spot (no gym shorts or sweats), but not overly fancy...you'll be at home whether in a suit or in a polo and khakis.Cocktails are top notch. The old fashioned is a mighty fine entry in that cocktail space--just the right balance of the bourbon taste and hints of sweet and bitters. Always some good seasonal selections.Food is outstanding--yet to have a bad option. The menu can vary a bit, but there are some strong regulars. Burgers, pasta, cauliflower steak (tends to be on there regularly and is sneakily good!), sliders (the hot honey chicken are incredible--fried and marinated chicken thighs are a perfect choice).Service is always strong. Attentive but not obnoxious, always willing to help with recommendations.

It's a cute little cocktail bar/restaurant located in the Grady Hotel. Super intimate and well decorated. We ordered a charcuterie board and a few drinks. It was quiet so it was easy to talk to my friends and catch up. The drinks were great and we liked the vibe was great for what we wanted in that moment.

A superb dining experience! Providing an almost speakeasy type environment, the Wild Swann is swanky and sleek. They have a wide variety of drink selections and many delectable food choices. I went with an old fashioned and the mahi mahi. Everything was fantastic. Our group also shared some appetizers which were delicious as well. I tried my man's steak and it was perfectly cooked and flavorful. I saw that they offer breakfast and if I'm back in town, I'll definitely want to try that! Service was also fantastic! Our server was kind and efficient. We had a great experience!

I think the managers name was Lance and he was fabulous, kind and personable. He came by our table and knew we were from Michigan (his hometown), Im guessing by my reservation phone number but that gave him plenty to talk about. My sliders were tasty and those fries were very filling. My husband did this his hot honey chicken sliders were a bit too sweet. The star of the show was the old fashioned; it was the BEST I've ever had.

Beautiful space hidden in the lower level of the Grady Hotel. I learned about the Wild Swann through the Yelp app and was pleasantly surprise at how easy it was to secure a reservation. The restaurant is hidden inside the Grady Hotel and can easily missed. The space exudes a cozy design of brick, bookshelves, and soft lighting. I love how they have intimate back area tables creating an even more private setting. Their menus featured a simple yet appetizing menus of cocktails and food. I started the evening with the Apothecary cocktail which is a concoction of rye-based Black Manhattan and in house blend of amari. They accurately describe the drink as a "sipper." For main, I ordered the short rib rigatoni with manchego cheese and tomato red wine sauce. The pasta was cooked al dente and short rib was tender. The plate may have looked small, however the serving portion was perfect. For dessert, I ordered the bread pudding which was served with a bourbon-chocolate and caramel en glacé and vanilla bean whip. The bread pudding was sufficiently sweet yet not too decadent. The bourbon chocolate added a nice flavor and comfort to the dessert.Service was phenomenal. Our server consistently checked in and our drinks was always refilled. This is definitely a hidden gem and a must when visiting Louisville.

In a boutique hotel, service is so important. I called to check the hours for thanking day brunch. Kevin the concierge was sure the restaurant Wild Swann was opened until 2:00 pm. I talked to him 2 more times trying to get through directly to the restaurant. Unfortunately, Kevin picked up each time. Instead of walking down stairs to check about the restaurant hours he assured me they were serving until 2:00. The 5 of us get to brunch at 10:15 and guess what? They were closing in 15 minutes. How do you misinform a guest 3 times???? It says a lot about how the hotel is run. The hotel is very pretty and would've loved to have stayed there.
