Wild Cat Saloon

I left my jacket here and the man who works or owns this bar was SO kind. He found it and was extremely responsive and helpful. He sent me my jacket quickly and wouldn't even let me pay him. This kindness will not be forgotten! Super fun bar too. I highly recommend visiting Wild Cat Saloon while you're in Lexington!

Aptly named "Wild Cat" seeing that it is filled with UK undergrads!We stopped in Wild Cat for a drink on Friday while at the Pavillion- out for a friend's birthday, what better way to celebrate than with karaoke?! (offered Fridays, Saturdays they use the karaoke area for beer pong) The bar area is usually very crowded, and you almost have to "wedge" your way in (not fun for those with personal space issues). The bathroom gets progressively worse as the night goes on, along with the length of the line. That being said, the prices aren't bad at all, and they have a patio area in front on the Pavillion with tables- making it a fun place to grab a drink (or embarrass yourself by singing bad karaoke)

Great atmosphere to gather with friends with lots of tvs to watch ball games, especially if you are a UK fan! Regular drink specials. Karaoke and beer pong. Outdoor Patio with a bar at 53rd Pavilion for Thursday night live and other events in the Pavilion area. Definitely worth checking out! Nice to have a variety all in a single location!

Best karaoke in town ! The bourbon Ale 8 slushees are a must try . Cory, Thomas and Keith are the best ! Highly recommend

Usually has a ton of the college crowd when school is in session, but still a good time. Karaoke is fun and I like the way it's set up. I'm not a beer person, and Wild Cat has plenty of mixed drinks to choose from. The ones I've had were good and sometimes I had to wait a bit to order, but it's just because they were busy. I like to stop in whenever I'm in town for a drink.

I feel like a lot of people must enjoy this place because it's usually crowded but I absolutely cannot stand it. Difficult to get a drink, underage kids (heard them bragging to each other about how their IDs actually worked), sticky floors ALWAYS (even when the place is virtually empty), sticky bar, dirty bathroom, not enough stalls in the bathroom for the amount of people always there, really really drunk people falling all over you and spilling their drinks. Just not my scene. Can be a fun place to go if you're wasted and dgaf but I would much rather stay at home than go here.

Stopped in here for a bit of pre-gaming drinks with a coworker on a Thursday night. Was a bit lackluster as far as looks go, but the drink I had was really good (can't remember the name but it had triple sec, bourbon...). The price was good (2 drinks only cost me $12). There is definitely more of a college-crowd feel for the place (beer pong tables are there for some fun), so it's not really my style. I doubt I'll go back unless I'm in the area again for a Thursday Night Live and need a quick spot to stop in for inexpensive drinks.

One of the worst places in downtown lexington to drink. I've been served spoiled juice and vodka which almost made me sick. The bartenders almost always act like you're bothering them and worst of all they steal money. I put down $20 for one drink and was given a five back. I didn't notice this until I went to order another drink and checked my wallet. I was willing to accept that maybe I made an error somehow, even though I knew I made sure to only have a $20 because it was my budget for the night. While standing there trying to figure out why a vodka cran cost so much, another guy came up to the bartender complaining of the exact same thing. Bartender of course refused to give us our money back.For a 'sports bar' the TVs are horrible and so is the atmosphere. Avoid at all cost.

very unsanitary the fan looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. almost fell down multiple times from the floor being soaking wet as well.

Really bad to see bars denying legal patrons because they refuse to scan or actually look at their IDs. Absolute joke of a bar. Sticky floors, watered down drinks, piss poor attitudes. Wanted to be kind but they deny the only people who would actually give them legitimate business. Seems as if they cater only to those who are underage. Wish they'd employ bouncers who weren't so ignorant.
