This is one of those reviews that I would give negative stars if I could. My wife had her two sons enrolled here for quite a while. They both have autism and need extra attention and at first they did just that. Well after a while things started to go down hill. I will skip a lot of the bad stuff straight to the worst. My wife showed up about a hour ahead of the time she usually does to pick up her youngest. Well she walks back to his classroom and nobody is in there. She continued to walk around and finally found his teacher and asked where he was. The teacher just gave her this crazy look like what you don't have him... The teacher begins to yell for him and nothing. They run room to room looking for him and can't find him anywhere. My wife then walks to the back door that leads to the playground and sees her son plain on the slide all by himself..... They had no idea he was out there. He was 3 years old at the time and couldn't talk yet and they left him on the playground. Thank god it was only 98° out that day, ya know wouldn't want him to have a heatstroke or nothing... I highly recommend looking for another daycare. I mean this isn't the only thing that happened while her kids where there. It seemed like something happened everyday. My wife was making 73k+ a year at that time and quit her job to stay home with the boys because she was scared of day cars less because of this place.

The director was the only saving grace. She spoke the corporate lingo of what to expect at a kindercare location however the team just didn't deliver. The team doesn't have uniforms and even one person had house shoes on.They didn't seem to expect me or have any of my information that I spent time giving over the phone when setting up the tour. So I spent time telling them it all again .I will say if you are looking for friendly , they were extremely friendly. But cleanliness no..other than the extreme cleaning supply smell. Infants at 11 to 2 ratio. (11 babies ,2 teachers) When I was told they generally do a 4 to 1 . The directors came and grabbed one of the workers babies out of the room to keep it to 5 to 1 state requirements. Then the worker is walking around saying where'd my baby go ? , someone says oh I think Pam has her .......... ( I guess she didn't gather why she had taken the baby out of the room) one of the infant teachers didn't speak much English, and the other was English speaking but very poor English skills . Which I would imagine hard for developing infants learning to speak. The friendly teachers kept coming up and touching my baby without considering they were just handling all the other kids and my baby had not been exposed to daycare germs. I mean germs were not a concern here. Walking around with shoes on all over where babies crawl, dirty spoons from feeding etc.The babies are just laying around in boppies. Anyway the corporate training allows this center to speak a good game but the reality is that it is just not up to standard. I mean if you just want someone to make sure your kid stays alive and fed while you are at work, this will do. I know the team is a friendly caring team, just could use a little upgrade.Needless to say I will not be sending my kids nor recommending this to anyone I know !
