I've trained a Brazilian Juijitsu (BJJ) as far away as South Korea and Japan. The crew at Valhalla is top notch and the best I've found. It is more like a family then a gym. There are not many places where you can get a BJJ Black Belt, Certified Trainer in multiple systems, and a Judo Black Belt all rolled into one instructor?With classes now offered seven days a week you can't go wrong. The Frankfort area is lucky to have such a school.
