If you're not familiar with UK then finding your way around can be quite tricky especially with parking. If I hadn't been with a group who had been there before I would have most likely given up finding it. They had an interesting set of artists when I went and I'm looking forward to going back

Nice, but small museum. Growing up in New York (You want museums?!), it's difficult to see this as anything other than a small university museum. Nice, but not amazing. Occasionally, inspiring pieces. You can take a walk through the exhibits, now free, which shouldn't take more than an hour. Art being personal, you might find something that moves your palette.

I enjoyed visiting The Art Museum at The U of Kentucky. It's actually located within their Singletary Center for the Arts, so we had a better experience than we anticipated. The front desk person was cordial. Exhibits show a combination of American wall art influenced by major European movements. Exhibits also show East Asian artifacts and South Asian wall art. The museum also displays work by local Kentucky artists, and I enjoyed getting to know them!Everything there looked gorgeous! I loved walking through the different sections, viewing all the details, and learning more about the artists' works. The little gift shop also looked so cute and beautifully arranged. If I am ever around The University of Kentucky, I would immediately visit again!

I visited the University of Kentucky Art Museum to checkout the Melcarth exhibit and I was immediately greeted upon entry by the warm and inviting staff. The lighting is amazing and makes the art come to life by showcasing the rich colors and textures of each piece.

No complaints, but nothing amazing. It's small, though I suppose that's not too surprising. Everyone was very pleasant, the place is very clean, and there is plenty of room around the pieces to get a look at them. Free to enter. Currently running an interesting exhibition of carved chairs.

Not for children, practically p*orn pictures and no warning by docent. I wish he would have warned us.

Small museum, with a very few works of art. There was more vulgar and ugly items. You'll find better photographs at most high school art shows.

Unfortunate experience. Closed the doors early & ignored us at the door. Had art-enthusiast family traveling to the area & wanted to see this museum in particular. We had been in contact with the museum twice today...a real shame.
