Tsing Tao Restaurant

2 hours late, and gave us a different price. I will not order from here again no matter what. They were rude and disrespectful

We are at the Red Roof Inn without a vehicle and they delivered in record time. Very good good!! Delivery charge was great too. And the prices and portions were great!!

Although there is no place to stay at the restaurant to eat, it's still great food. The menu is pretty huge, and they offer all of the typical meals too. But you have to go inside a tiny front door area (big enough for one person to stand inside), pay through a tiny hole, and they get your food to you. They are always very fast with the time quotes, to come get your food.My only issue is that every time I order to-go food, when I go to pick up the meals, there's always questionable people just hanging out in the parking lot.

Take-out and delivery only. Good food. Reasonable prices. Lunch Combo is a great deal.

Food was delivered hot and fresh. Egg rolls, chicken fried rice, chicken lo mein, wonton soup and egg drop soup were delicious. Did not care for the honey chicken.

Only delivery but the food is delicious. Other than that I don't know anything. Until last order 2 nights ago. we ordered late and for the first time ever the food was terrible, I ordered Hot and Sour soup which normally is awesome, this last time it tasted like they had poured egg drop soup together with H&S and it did not work, my wife didn't like her dish either

Love Tsing Tao! Always have. They have bomb egg rolls. The orange chicken is my favorite, with white rice. Quaint and cute the food is always spectacular!

Tsing Tao has very good sweet and sour chicken! The service is great. We had our food delivered and it took about 30 minutes. They have very big portions. So, this is very fulfilling and there is always food left over to reheat later. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Great local place. I used to go on my lunch breaks when I worked nearby and get the chicken with vegetables. It was always delicious, and I never tired of it. Friendly staff as well. If you have a cold, their hot and sour soup is the tastiest way to feel better! Highly recommend. Their delivery folks are friendly as well. Oh and definitely try the sugar biscuits for an indulgent dessert. I'm glad Richmond has this fantastic little hole in the wall! =)

Really bad customer service! When I got home was not what i ordered. The food they sent looked horrible. Called back and they said I could bring back next day since it was late. Next day the same lady said no she could credit my card, just to bad. Would never go there again and would not recommend this place to anyone!
