Dallas, Dallas, Dallas!!! He needs a raise!!! Me and my family came in to the hotel after the storms. I was 2 days postpartum AND post C SECTION and our beautiful homecoming was met with no electricity. Needless to say I was in shambles and upset. Dallas was a godsend. He was so kind and caring and made me feel better about our less than ideal situation. We ended up staying for a few days as the power wasn't a quick fix in our neighborhood. Breakfast was great everyday. The little pancake machine is lit. I've never seen that before. I'd definitely recommend this Tru to anyone visiting. THANK YOU DALLAS!!!

Save your frustration and book anywhere else if you are in Lexington on business. Internet download speed at 0.68 with no-weather related issues. Nothing like having to get up early and head to Starbucks to get work related items completed. Not happy.

This property was great. Dallas at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good for a quick snack before hitting the road again. Rooms were clean, and area was great. We will definitely stop here again when travelling through.

We stayed there for two nights mainly because all of the other Hilton properties were full. We need a room with a HC accessible bathroom and the room we were given did have a roll-in shower but there was no shower chair (we were given one on request but, come on). The bathroom had no hooks on the wall and had hand rails around the toilet but it was a standard height. There is no carpet in the room making everything loud and sometimes slippery. There is no closet, or draws in the room - only a couple of hangers over the dorm-sized fridge. It's a new property and it was clean and the staff was friendly but it was not up to even Hampton Inn standards - you get what you pay for.

She's a week old - everything is brand spanking new! Can't beat a new mattress & pristine bed linens. The foam exercise rollers in the gym are still hermetically sealed in plastic! Staff is doing a great job as they work out a few normal last minute punch-list construction kinks - hot & cold water are plumbed backwards which your left/right brain can figure out at the sink & shower, but steaming hot water is flushing through the toilet. Keep the lid up to cool it off, or sit on a wet steamy seat! My headboard lamp didn't work, so I read cranked to one side w/ the bedside lamp. Heads Up on a couple things: the smoke/CO2 detector has a strobe light that flashes every 30-seconds on the wall next to the bed & this is a dog friendly hotel, so if the three dogs down the hall barking at 11:00 p.m. is an issue - maybe ask before they assign you a room. Most fun aspect is hearing your GPS say Pink Pigeon Parkway
