This is a very nice mom and pop restaurant that has served the community of lavalette for many years. Stop in and enjoy a variety of great dishes or just for an ice cream cone.

Great local diner with good food, great milkshakes, and fantastic service!! Had the Burger Platter and the Hot Roast Beef Dinner and 2 milkshakes (chocolate and vanilla) all for under $25. If you go in ask for Stacy, she's got great recommendations and will put a smile on our face!

The establishment is very dated and only takes cash. Both my husband and I ordered the cheeseburger platter with Dr Pepper. I had bacon added on mine. It comes with fries and a small bowl of slaw (about the size of an ice cream scoop). The fries were obviously frozen, pre-cut. No salt or seasoning added. My husband said the slaw was good. I don't care for slaw. The cheeseburgers were small and the patties looked like it was one patty cut in half and squeezed down even more. It barely met the edge of the bun. My bacon was actually thicker. No exaggeration. The lettuce was chopped, old and falling out of the burger. And this isn't you get what you pay for either. These "platters" are priced at eight dollars and change EACH. Seriously. So our final bill was more than $19.

WOWEE!!! The waitress was ASTOUNDING!!! Even when the ghosts were possessing her, she got our shakes out in NO TIME. The cook also expertly moved around the kitchen despite his HUGE badonkadonk. It was like watching the nutcracker on ice. So much fun!!

This place has the best hotdogs you could ever eat! My son travels a long way just for the hotdogs! Although, the hotdogs are my fav, they also have great burgers, and dinners. The staff are very friendly and provides excellent service. During the quarantine, the owner even delivered food to people who couldn't get out. There isn't many places left that have curb service! I highly recommend this place! Oh, and they no longer only take cash now, they take credit/debit cards now too!
