My wife and I eat at the Tortilla Factory every few weeks. It it one of our regular restaurants. My favorite dish of theirs is their Carnitas. It's a marinated pork roast that is very tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It comes with flower tortillas, rice, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, guacamole. I also like their Pineapple Shrimp Tacos and their Beer Battered Shrimp Tacos. They have a full bar and lots of seating.

We are from out of town visiting for basketball practice. If this is considered "high end" Mexican food, then I will be sure not to try any other Mexican restaurants in the area. The shredded chicken in the chimichanga was bland, but had a reddish juice, which I expected to be from spices, but there was no flavor. I love refried beans, but the texture and consistency of the beans were more like soup and again, lacked any flavor. The best part of my meal was the chips and salsa, but even the salsa was boring. The restaurant appeared to be very clean and nicely decorated, but there was a smell that was unpleasant that I cannot describe other than sour. Our food came very quickly, but it then took a while to get the bill. It was definitely affordable, so there's one bonus. If we are ever in the area again, we will avoid Mexican food and find another option.

Fun kitschy place for dining in where we were seated immediately and attended by a server so quickly. I ordered the Texas Fajita while Hubby got the Fajita Mexicana. Basically he got Chorizo in addition to the beef, chicken and shrimp that I got. Each foiled package has three tortillas so we got six. We also got beans, rice, a large amount of pico de gallo and sour cream. So much food, it was a feast!

I'm highly allergic to shellfish. When I tried to explain that to staff to be sure I wasn't exposed with anything I chose to eat, nobody could understand what I was saying or ensure me that they wouldn't serve me contaminated items. In fact, it was so confusing for them that they kept trying to serve me shrimp.

We were in town performing nearby and came across this recommendation. It was great!Wonderful staff, nice atmosphere and very accommodating to our large group. The food was delicious- we all cleaned our plates and the drinks were awesome ....and huge! We went for the larger ones because why not? :)Take a chance and stop in. You will definitely enjoy the place! Thank you!

Food was good, service was great, waiter was prompt and attention. Not spicy, but a little over-salted. In my opinion, a little too much "fajita seasoning" used, which resulted in a uniform flavor no matter what was tasted. Space was large, looked like it was arranged so it could easily be converted for large parties or dancing, but it did leave a hollow institution vibe. Decent, especially for the area.

Absolutely awesome atmosphere. The deco is on point. Kids as well as adults enjoyed. Service was fast and super polite. Price was very reasonable. Food was stellar. Closest to legit authentic we have found since moving from west coast a year ago. Only thing was there was a funky smell that throws ya off when you first enter, almost sewer like. Regardless I don't think you will leave unhappy from this place.

Best high end Mexican food around the trisatate. The Burrito Jimidor is my favorite. One of my favorite restaurants when the time allows for it.

Tortilla Factory was a late afternoon stop for lunch that turned out to be well worth it.The tortilla themselves were the highlight, clearly fresh made. My margarita was great. The chips and salsa were pretty standard but good. The beans and rice were better than most places for my taste. And my tacos tasted very good. However, you can't mix and match specialty taco types, which was the big disappointment.Service was good though, and I hear that their sister restaurant lets you, so I'd likely go there next time instead so I could try a variety.
