Jose and Enrique always make it a great experience! Always great food! We are there most of the time twice a week!

Food is fast and delicious love there cask and rice but can be expensive for some items and if picking up food can be little rude but the waitresses are super friendly

Toro logo is one of the best Mexican restaurants you can go to in Portsmouth/ wheelersburg. they have the best food the people there are really nice and did I mention they have the best food environment is nice I couldn't be more pleased so hurry up down there and get you some of their food. Are you still on your phone go now.lol

Service was good. Food was mostly good the beef in the burrito was little bland in flavorful, but steak and chicken was good. Different appearance then most Mexican restaurants, in a old 50s diner style. Still good food for the price and good service.

Margaritas are good , fajitas are excellent. A few years ago, my parents, from Los Angeles, California, said this was the best Mexican restaurant that they had ever eaten in. Staff is friendly and efficient. Ambience is definitely Mexican restaurant theme.

Food was good and the service was fast! The place was clean and easy to get seated. Pretty typical for a Mexican restaurant!

My opinion is based on comparing this location to the other Toro Loco locations and hands down the service, size serving and the most important; seasoning and fresh ingredients
