Top Seed Tennis Club

Wonderful facility . Loved it! Staff was helpful and friendly . Great lighting and noise level was moderate . Temperature was perfect . Not too hot or cold . I would return again !

We had a state tennis tournament here last weekend. One of the best tennis facilities I have ever seen. Multiple outdoor and indoor courts. The lighting on the inside is perfect. There are no shadows on the courts. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. There is a gym with state of the art equipment. There is a mezzanine for viewing. There is s bar downstairs. Prices were reasonable. They also have video on all indoor courts and you can purchase DVD of match. Will definitely play here if I'm ever in Lexington again. Wish this place was in Louisville.

Great place to play pickleball. Very clean. Great gym plenty of indoor and outdoor courts. Nice clean locker rooms

The good: I signed my daughter up 6 months ago in their junior clinics without knowing anything about tennis. Coach John and Coach Roscoe are unbelievable coaches that really understand how to teach kids. My daughter loved going to see them several times a week. The facility is top notch. The bad: The GM has run off all of the coaches and there is no one with tenure that has tennis experience/knowledge. You can not send your kid there with any confidence their coach will stay for an extended period of time.

Just terrible employees with terrible policies, not respectful at all. Every other indoor tennis club in Lexington is so much better.

During that last few months this facility has gone way down hill. There have been several changes in employees and the service is awful. Not sure what the management was thinking but they need to re-think their decisions. What could be a nice facility is turning out to be a waste of money!

I have paid for a monthly membership for two years now. My children have attended the weekly tennis classes for the same amount of time. The last 6 months, I have watched the management of this facility fail miserably in how customers are treated. The operation hours change day-to-day. I've arrived several times for it to be closed. For the THIRD time this month I've arrived to be told I cannot use the gym. They closed it to customers. I'm disappointed and disgusted in the management.

While this is a gorgeous facility aesthetically, this club is very uptight and unfriendly. Other clubs in Lexington make you feel like they want you to have a good time while supporting your team. This club literally had a manager stand with our group to monitor whether our masks were down too long while drinking and proceeded to question what was in our cups/bottles. Mind you this is March (almost April) and even restaurants and bars are allowed to have customers remove their masks while seated with their group. In addition everyone in our group has been vaccinated with one or both vaccinations. After making his point he stood with our group the rest of the night and even started taking pictures with his phone. I asked him about this and he told me his boss was watching us on camera and asked that he monitor us. I asked to speak to "his boss" and he said that was not possible. I asked that he give his boss my name and contact info so that I could speak with her and he responded "that isn't how it works". He then said he didn't deserve to be talked to like this when I was simply trying to have a conversation about why he was "monitoring" us. On a separate occasion we were at the bar area ordering drinks. The drinks are severely overpriced and very weak. For example I was charged $12 for a Makers & Coke in a cup smaller than a solo cup. When I asked about this the same manager as above stated "this is what my boss says to do when I bar tend". This club is not conducive to a good, clean, fun time with your friends and teammates while watching and/or playing tennis. I certainly hope they relax a bit and gain a little southern charm so this facility can live up to its potential. I would recommend Lexington Tennis Club or Bluegrass Tennis Club over this club ANY day of the week. I am always made to feel valued and appreciated as a customer at LTC and BRC.
