Tokyo Asian Fusion

We always get takeout from here. Their hibachi dinners are so good, the steak and shrimp is my go to! Definitely sub for the noodles, they are so good! Also the onion soup is great. The portions are very large, so be prepared to have leftovers.

We started with a couple appetizers the first was the lobster ragoon, the second was the friendship roll. My wife went with the chicken bento box. While I choose the lunch steak and shrimp meal. The lunch bento comes with soup and salad but lunch meal does not so be aware when ordering. Everything came out cold. NOTE: check your debit card purchase they charged us for someone else's meal and Winnie said wasn't her fault she had to many tables which is bull hockey there was only 3 tables in restaurants with people in it!!! Sad we will never ever go back!!'

The sushi was good, not great and the service I received for my carry out order was fine. Chopsticks, forks, and sauces were in the bag and my order didn't have any errors. There was a robot strolling around the restaurant talking and bringing people their food and drinks. Raw in Lagrange as closed today which is the only reason I ended up here but the experience was decent and would eat here again.Out of the rolls we shared the Friendship Roll was my favorite.

Tried to eat here tonight but they were too busy to seat us. There were only 5 or 6 tables seated. We came in and waited at the "wait to be seated" sign but no one even acknowledged us so we left and ate somewhere else.

Amazing experience here! I was traveling for work and we were in the mood for sushi so we skeptically went to this place not expecting much.... Let me tell you, if I lived in Shelbyville this would be my go to sushi/japanese stop!! The restaurant is nicely decorated and comfortable. There weren't many people in there but service was great. We ordered wine and sushi (the Rich Roll) for appetizers then we both got hibachi dinners! Everything was fresh and very flavorful! My coworker got shrimp and scallops and he said he was worried they would be overcooked but they ended up being perfectly cooked and really good. Everything had great flavor, not to mention they have some of the best onion soup I have ever had!!! Definitely stop by if you're in the mood for sushi/hibachi.

We had a late lunch today at Tokyo Asian Fusion restaurant. As it was our first time we went the full appetizer and meal courses. Our drinks were brought out via a robot which was pretty amazing. Our server was very attentive. The restaurant was very clean which was a good thing as we were a little worried about the B grade from the inspection. Everyone can have a bad day so hopefully they will turn it around.

Delicious place to have good food. The service was awesome. They have a Robot that brings out your food which I think is neat! They have a good array of sushi which I am a huge fan! Great restaurant for our small town of Shelbyville. If you're passing through stop in and try their delicious food!

Omg! Small town treasure. Food, service and ambiance all excellent! Prices are decent and comparable to big city Miami where I'm from. This is our second time and the sushi rolls are works of art. My husband had the Bento dinner and really enjoyed it. It's quiet and nice ambiance. People come try them. They are wonderful!!!! Our server went above and beyond. 5 stars!!!

I was so excited to hear that we were getting a new Asian restaurant in Shelbyville. I am gonna be honest here. I hated it. The only good thing we ate was the egg roll. The broth tasted odd, had a "can-like" taste. The salad was mediocre. The rice was terrible. The shrimp tempura had absolutely NO flavor and the General Tso's was very disappointing. To add on top of the mediocre food it was pretty expensive for 3 people. It was just under $80. I've had better food at Panda Express. I hate to say this but I'll be shocked if they're open that long. Very disappointed. I wouldn't mind ordering egg rolls to go if I'm craving egg rolls and don't want to drive into Louisville. Otherwise not the place for me.

This is an amazing restaurant. Outstanding selections of entrées. There's something here that everybody would like. The food was cooked perfection. My waitress, Winnie, was just outstanding the best of the best service. It's really great to take anout of town guest to. We went for my birthday and all had a outstanding meal. They make outstanding fresh sushi which you can't find anywhere near. They deserve a ten star, but you can only place a Five Star.
