Written on my husband's behalf. If I could leave a zero I absolutely would. I traded in my car for a truck at the end of August 2024 and it is now the end of October and they still have yet to get my truck registered. And get this, they've already sold the vehicle I traded in! They kept my license plate upon trade and after me calling over a month later asking about it they told me it was all taken care of and to come get my plate (mind you I live an hour from the dealership). A month later I get a collections notice on the car I traded in saying I was late on my payment. WHAT?! Tim Short was supposed to send in the payoff and didn't! I called and told them and they said they'd take care of it. I waited a week and called my bank and nothing had been sent. I called the dealership and threatened legal action and lo and behold it somehow got paid that day!Since I picked up my plate I thought everything was fine until last week. I work 9 hours from home and I was surprised when I walked out to my truck one day last week to find a TOW NOTICE on my window for an UNREGISTERED VEHICLE! My truck is STILL not registered in my name! My plate is still registered to my original vehicle I traded in which is now owned by someone else. The lady I spoke with at the dealership said that they don't keep tags? Then why did our sales rep keep it? We were also told (when we called after the first month) that whoever was in charge of handling registration left my paperwork on her desk and went on vacation. Then I'm told that my Certificate of Origin they had requested from wherever was destroyed when they received it and they don't know how or why. They also couldn't tell me why they don't have a new one. I nearly got a ticket and my brand new truck towed because they've had 2 months to do their jobs and haven't done it. I'm almost 40 and never had a ticket! The lady I spoke with said there are only two of them in the office doing all that paperwork. All I know to tell Tim Short is that they'd better hire a few more people to help in that department because I've been told I'm not the only one that's had this problem. It's all so very unprofessional. I will never do business with Tim Short again and will discourage others as well.

Tyler handled the transaction like a pro. I bought the 2024 Chrysler lightly used car over the phone , and they delivered it to us . Great internet experience and made the process easy. Thanks to the whole group.

I would leave 0 stars but I have to leave one to leave a review. I found a car online and I called to get a pre approval because I had a short amount of time to get there... they got the pre approval,I arrived 40 minutes before the dealership was suppose to close! I did an e sign so i didn't see the paperwork necessarily... they were about to close so it was extremely rushed!!! I signed the iPad and it accepted signature then he scrolled thru the spots that needed a signature for me to click on. I walked out to start the car to get ready to leave and my cousin went to the bathroom and they literally locked the doors while she was still in there.they had to walk me all the way around the building to let me back in. then they turned the lot lights off before we got to our cars. she made the comment that it seemed vey rushed ... long story short... the car was advertised for $25,500.... and they charged me $30,250... and no that was not including tax, title, gap or extended warranty! I called thinking it was a typo... and they told me it was bank fees because my credit was very low. $5,000 in bank fees for having low credit score... once I found out that it is illegal to add bank fees on the price of a car, they said the price of the car raised!! that I still got it under NADA price! and they didn't decide to tell me. I have been talked to horrible, disconnected multiple times and hung up on the last time I tried to talk to a manager! when I mentioned the automotive commission, he informed me that the owner sat on the board! i don't want to see anyone suffer the same disheartening experience.... especially when it is so stressful to buy a car anyway! after I inquired about them , I have come to find out... so many of the people in my community have had horrible experiences as well!! do play Prey to Tim Short... cause they are predator!!!!

TIM SHORT AUTOMOTIVE DISCRIMINATES AGAINST GAYS We have purchased two vehicles from Tim Short. I will never again return. Our first vehicle was a new car, the second a used car for our daughter. The second car was a Buick. We opted for an extended warranty. Fast forward a year, time for some warranty work....well we took the car in for front end noise. They kept the car for 8 days to do a two hour repair. I had to call multiple times and ask about it getting complete. They billed the warranty company on day two of the repair, but didn't complete it untilDay 8. The lead mechanic told me that it was a ford dealer and they don't service Buicks, but that's not the story we got when we bought the warranty. Upon purchase we were told any issues, just bring it in! Of course that's not how it went. Finally after numerous calls to try warranty company, phone calls and emails they magically got the vehicle done in two hours (after he had just told me ANOTHER 7 days-trying to stretch repair to 15 days & yes they already had parts) My daughter had a gay pride flag that hangs from her vent and they were kind enough to roll it up, get greasy fingerprints on it and stuffed it into the air vent. I can't help but think that all the issues boil down to a homophobic mechanic that either didn't want to work on her car or just didn't care about customer service in general. Whatever the reason for them destroying her property and holding up her repair, it was UNACCEPTABLE!!! She felt targeted and so did I. I will never buy another vehicle here or take anything in for work in their shop. They are clearly not professionals and had no right to take down her flag or deface it.
