The Wing Place

I love hot wings. I want this restaurant to succeed as I support locally owned restaurants. But, in three trips they've always been out of something. Friday, they were out of pickles, which was the only veggie on the chicken sandwich. No problem, thanks for letting me know, I went somewhere else and came back today. Ordered my food, and no mention of the pickle shortage. Great! Then after I paid, the cashier says "we were out of pickles." I figure I will give it a shot anyway.The pickles would have helped, but they wouldn't have saved the sandwich. I wasn't a big fan. The patty wasn't a breast but a preformed patty with the consistency of a chicken nugget, fairly dry. Even fast food places aren't serving this type of preformed patty anymore. When I go to a local restaurant and pay $12 for a sandwich and fries, I'm expecting something fresher and more closely resembling food than this.I am not giving up on The Wing Place but they really need to overhaul what they are doing if they want to be successful.
