I went because I knew someone preforming here, Christian Hall. Went once at their old location. They had a $10 bbq special of brisket sandwich, cole slaw, potato salad, and cornbread. I don't always like potato salad and cole slaw due to the mayo, I liked theirs though! Also bought a beer. I think it's great they have such an active live music schedule. Went the next night to open mic and it's a lot of ppl that all know each other and were very welcoming to me. Had one of the slushie alcohol drinks.

So I went there for a comedy night, and we were greeted by the bartender, who was amazing very nice and very kind. However, we ordered the jalapeño poppers, fried green tomatoes and I had a Shirley Temple.Once the food was brought out, I had the fried green tomatoes which were a bit on the larger side from my taste of someone who has made fried green tomatoes before but still good however, the jalapeño poppers were disappointing to say the least I bid into the first one and the jalapeño and the popper separated instantly, and was a very disappointing mix The establishment is very small and niche but in the end, it's a 50-50 tossup depending on whether or not, I would go back would definitely be wary. If you're going there to have a celebration or such it is made for a very niche clientele. It seems for my opinion .

We Door Dashed this place for the first time. We ordered 2 club sandwiches, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks and fried Oreo mini pies. The sandwiches are on what I suspect is handmade bread. They could use a little more of that marvelous bacon but they were yummy and filling (I only ate half of mine and saved the rest). Our daughter loved her tenders and mozz sticks. The fries are thin, curly and have a little spice to them. Here is the kicker. They forgot our mini pies, BUT before we could even report the mistake, they called us to ask if we wanted re-delivery or a refund. That has NEVER happened before. We opted for re-delivery and when it arrived, there was a handwritten note apologizing and thanking us. Now that's what I call service. I cannot wait to visit this place in person. Thanks for a great meal and I am looking forward to my lefrovers!

This is a bar. It's just a bar that happens to sell some wine on the side - not very much of it and not very well, IMHO. Went in there a couple weeks ago to get a bottle. Passed through the patrons drinking outside. Had to have help finding where the wine was stored, as the sole bartender was busy bartending. No price label so I went to the checkout line. Waited. And waited. Realized that if I didn't like the price I'd have to repeat the procedure with another choice, so left. Won't be back because if I want to buy wine/liquor while I'm traveling in the area again, I'll just go to the Total Wine store - about a mile away!

I love the Twisted Cork! Smaller, intimate venue with wonderful live shows by Kentucky locals and a large wine selection you can purchase off the wall!

The Twisted Cork is a hidden gem of a neighborhood hangout. The owners and staff are personable and attentive, the drinks are cold and delicious, and the music is homegrown and outstanding. The atmosphere is so welcoming that it's like visiting your friends' house rather than a package store. Whether you drink or not, there's something for everyone here, especially if you pick a little (or a lot) yourself. Great place to meet and network.

My dad had his 50th birthday here and the staff and band were amazing to us. They were all so friendly and helpful. The bartenders were very accommodating and it was refreshing to have so much kindness from so many people at once. I appreciate them welcoming me and my family and making this a great memory for us.

I love this place. It's a friendly neighborhood bar, a liquor store (with a drive-thru), and a live music venue all in one. The owners--"Momma" Sue and Prentice Slone--are incredibly welcoming and, on your second or third visit, will feel like family. Don't miss the open mic evenings on Sunday nights--always a different bunch of performers and very diverse and cool. This is my favorite hang-out.

Service is good. Live music. Food not so good. Quesadilla chicken was just one hard chunk. Not even shredded. The cheese inside had grease over it. Inedible.
