The Red Mile

So, I initially came to hangout with my mama and eat great tasting food. Now, it's become a country club of some sort. I've been socializing with the Baby Boomers and have even leveled up from a red Winner's Circle card to a silver. In addition, I have few favorite slot games and have come to enjoy a few hours of distressing from a long work day. The Red Mile has also opened it's sports betting and many high rollers like that option even better.

C'mon Lexington, don't insult our intelligence saying that these aren't slot machines!?! We came here when they first opened and returned on 1/4/25 to see that it had doubled in size and added sports betting. The main reason we went was because one of my favorite bands was playing, "Unofficial High Five". When this place first opened, they had a great venue for a band with plenty of tables and a big dance floor. Now that the sports betting area has taken all of that, there is a very very tiny section for the band with barely any room to dance, and I think I counted four tables? How ridiculous Red Mile! Don't even have a band.Now, I feel like I should leave something positive. So I will say that the drinks are reasonably priced, and the wings were good.

It is what it is. An OTB for me. Not expecting a Vegas experience. Bartender Jill & all of the staff in the horse book & Manda & staff in the new Sportsbook are fabulous. The rest of the people don't have a clue what is going on in the casino rewards center. I had three ladies on different occasions give me the run- around cuz they had no clue either. One lady kept spelling my name wrong on the players card & argued w/ me about the spelling of my own name. My word! The casino needs ONE players card for everything, slots, horses & sports, but it's owned separately. It would be more convenient to get the separate players cards in one spot then. Also they can't issue you a new players card in the sportsbook. I have a Caesars players card already, but with my id they still cannot pull it up to give me credit. Also you can bet horses on the machine in the Sportsbook, but you have to walk upstairs to cash your ticket & vice versa. Like why can't I cash everything at one spot? Unreal.Five stars for the food believe it or not. I highly recommend the Fried Ravioli, Chicken Salad BLT Sandwich is probably the best I have ever had, Grilled Chicken Sandwich & their specials up in the Horse book. In the Sportsbook, the Shrimp tacos are delish!! The Tator Tots are good, but the sliders are not worth it. Might as well get a burger somewhere. The restaurant in the middle has good quesadillas & Buffalo Chicken. If it wasn't for the staff in the rewards area & lack of common sense, organization this is a 5 star spot just don't go comparing it to Vegas. A lot of my friends have won on the slots. They also have great deals during the race meet & certain events like $1 hot dogs & beer.

After the local police department raided RedMile for illegal gambling in Kentucky, when they reopened, I've not won since. Now they've "upgraded" the software and I lose so much faster. I just lost 50 bucks in 5 minutes, betting the minimum. If I'm going to waste money like that, I'll have more fun at the strip club

Came in to cash out my Derby winnings! Nice folks. Clean and modern. Better half won $42 off a 50 cent slot. We took the money and ran!

I went to see the quarter horse racing. I loved going here to watch the races. They did put down a horse while I was there which was unpleasant. I still loved going here and plan on going again soon.

I can't stop winning. It's all I do now! Went on a winning streak and it just WONT stop!! Had to fill out tax forms because I won so much! Always expect the unexpected if you go. Even if you don't win one night, doesn't mean you won't win next time

What a super fun little casino here in Lexington! Lots of new style slot machine with tons of different themes, a loaded bar and a restaurant. Really fun place to spend some hard earned money! You don't even have to drive far. The bathrooms were clean, the whole place was really clean. The customer service was wonderful. Looking forward to my next visit.

Came to Red Mile with a friend to watch simulcasting of Kentucky Oaks Day at Churchill Downs. There are no redeeming qualities to this facility, and we will never do so again. Awful!51

One of the slot machines out of many at the Red Mile that USE to pay out , but since new machines have been put it has gotten so much WORSE. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
