I work in healthcare. A patient actually called this flower shop and sent these to me. The flowers were delivered early around the time the office opened. I was working the evening shift this day I believe. I was floored when these were brought to my desk. The Flower Shopee printed a beautiful card on such beautifully designed paper --- that opened into a letter format. Stunning. I'm SO AMAZED. I am keeping this shoppe as a flower reference for myself to send to others. I have certainly thanked my patient and I wanted to thank the florists. I took the flowers home even though the team wanted me to leave them in the office. These are mine! The balloon is mine too! So perfect!

The Flower Shoppe of New Albany did flowers for my wedding. This included the bouquets, flowers for the pews, and provided the flowers that I ended up making my own centerpieces out of. Let me just say, I know little to nothing about flowers and they made the process so easy. Just by showing her a picture of what I'm after and she knew exactly what to do, and even suggested better options. I was so happy with how all of my flowers turned out for my perfect July 4th wedding!

Ordered my dads casket arrangement from them. When it was delivered, it was wilted, the flowers were the wrong kind and color! The ribbons were supposed to be white with black writing, it was blue with the ugliest, cheapest gold with was stapled to the ribbon repeatedly. I was embarrassed that people who came to the funeral asked if it was previously used! Said it looks old. I was guaranteed 7 day fresh flowers, blah blah blah. I called and they said I was lying, they were perfect and what I ordered. I ordered white and black ribbon, got blue and gold. I ordered white and black flowers with a couple orange Lilly's and got blue flowers and yellow. This is the SADDEST excuse for a flower shop EVER!!

I just bought a bouquet of flowers today for my wife's birthday and payed $97 for a bouquet that was poorly picked poorly put together with no care whatsoever and the quantity is horrible but this is a problem every where but that's how you stand out in a crowd do something different than everyone else

we bought a boutonnière for my son and his date and prom last night. they were stunning! My sons held up amazing all night but his girlfriends slowly fell apart all evening and was completely garbage by the end of the night. Super disappointing to spend $85 and not have it last the night! Usually the girls save them as a momento and she can't now.

I recently had a close friend pass away unexpectedly. My late friend was notably a big Pokémon fan and an avid Pokémon Go player. I reached out to Lissa (at very short notice, no less) asking what I believed to be a near impossible task: a Pokéball floral arrangement. Not only did she deliver beautifully on the request, but she did so in less than 24 hours! 10/10, highly recommend.
