The Fit Warehouse

I love this spot! I started out going once a week, and for a beginner, that was big! The boot camp is 7 days a week... M-F there are 5 daily classes (5:30a, 8:15a, 9:15a, 5:30p, 6:15p) on S-S there is one class (8:00a) Cost of the classes are dirt cheap! $5 per class, $30 for 2x a week and $60 for unlimited access. Ok now that I got all the preliminaries out the way, lets start the real review... its beast mode for 45 minutes! The trainers are realy great! Demarcus tends to meet you where you are while pushing you just a little further. Its hard work, I won't lie, but it is worth it. I am one of those people who hates (I mean really HATES) to exercise. But the people here are encouraging!!! Not only is there a trainer pushing you, but you are pushing each other!!! Ok so since I have been here, we switch it up a little. We tend to have a couple "stations" going, one of the stations is considered the "timer". (i.e. suicides or the tire flip) We rotate stations. I have been buddied up and I have been by myself... it depends... there is always something new everytime I walk in. I have been for about 6 weeks now, and I am adding a second day... I have seen improvement in my stamina, I am goign to keep pushing myself! I need this! Going to the gym doesn't cut it for me, because I will give up easily... here, I know I will get what I need even though I sometimes don't want to! :D

Get out of a "normal" gym and actually challenge yourself! Bootcamp classes and personal training..no judgements here, no mirrors, and positive people that all have the goal of getting healthy!!!
