The Corner House was a big win for us. There are plenty of fancier B&Bs out there but not at prices under $100 a night. Karen has run the place for more than 10 years now, a century-old Victorian house with a gorgeous wraparound porch. Friendly (and chatty) owner, clean and nicely appointed rooms, great breakfast (**French toast**!), pool table, and easy access (by car) to Lexington. Skip the La Quinta and Red Roof Inn and stay somewhere with a little character and a little extra service.

Visited this establishment in June of this year. The B&B is very cozy, clean, decorated extremely tastefully and the owner went above and beyond! The hospitality she showed us was something you simply don't find these days! The B&B was very quiet, relaxing, but still had numerous things to do. This is a hidden gem for sure, I highly encourage anyone passing through this area to give this B&B a chance, you won't regret it!

Needed a place to stay while we visited with family in Lexington and are so glad we stopped at The Corner House B&B" vs a hotel. We stayed in the "Corner Room" which has a private bathroom which was very clean. The room was super - fireplace, antiques and a TV with tons of movie channels. Breakfast was delightful - strawberry French toast, eggs and sausage. We chatted with Karen, the owner, who kept us entertained with stories about the B&B. Highly recommended if you are in the area and looking for a nice, quiet place to rest. We will certainly return.

Recently my Wife and I along with other relatives stayed at the Corner House Bed & Breakfast.......and it was an extremely pleasant stay. The house is a wonderful step back in time. You can almost feel your blood pressure drop and Karen definitely makes you feel at home. The rooms were very clean, nostalgically decorated and very comfortable bed. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the mini fridge in the room as well. So, if your travels take you to Nicholasville Kentucky, make your stay at the Corner House Bed & Breakfast.......you certainly won't regret it......I'll be back. Also, a must stop is the Euro Wine Bar and the Public Well Taco Bar.Tony Reddington Indianapolis, Indiana

Stayed in this cozy establishment multiple times this year. Absolutely love the cozy home feel. The owner and caretaker Karen makes you feel right at home. You'd think you've known her all your life. Very accommodating each stay. Each stay rooms were very very clean. Couldn't ask for anymore. Breakfast was always A real treat. Would definetly recommend to anyone.

We had reservations here for last night, corresponded with Karen, the proprietor several times leading up to our stay. We arrived and waited on the porch for a few minutes... She arrived, told us she had been in vacation, did not feel good, had "messed up" the dates and a family had the entire B&B. She said she had meant to call us...When I questioned her because of our emails just two days ago, she rolled her eyes and was obviously put out. Fortunately she did have an empty rental across the street, directed us there. I asked about breakfast, she told us the family in the B&B was in the restaurant business and they had an event and did not want breakfast...so if we came over we would be the only ones... she was completely discouraging. No coffee in the rental, food residue and crumbs under the table, she had mopped the floor but when I took a paper towel to get the crumbs in it came away black. Maybe Karen was having a bad day, but this entire experience was not pleasant at all.
