The Cookie Cabin Creamery

The cookie cabin creamery is a good truck setup in the Lousiville and surrounding areas that as you acne guess from the name offers Ice cream treats. Me and my family visited this food truck while at Central Park in old Lousiville for the Shakespeare in the park event. They have a few options on how to get your ice cream. You can go the classic waffle cone or in a bowl. You can get it put on top of a brownie (cabin brownie) or get it served with cookies (classic cabin). Me and my family sampled all options. I personally got the chocolate ice cream with a brownie. My wife and second oldest daughter got strawberry ice cream and cookies and cream with there brownies. My oldest daughter got the cabin classic and went with a snickerdoodle cookie with cookie dough ice cream. Everyone one of us loved our choices. The ice cream had great flavor and To me the brownie was good enough to serve on its own. Very good desserts at This place. Pricing was a smidge on the High end for ice cream. But the serving size was good and taste was great. They also made up for it by selling can cokes and bottled waters for $1. The other food trucks at this event charged $2 and it was the hottest day of 2021 so far so me and the family made a few drink trips here. So that worked out great. Overall very good and cool concept with a cool cabin setup for this mobile food truck. Hopefully we see this truck at future events.

We visited this food truck when they were parked in the Parklands for a music event. We had a couple other food trucks before hitting this one. I had and ice cream sandwich with the cookies n cream ice cream with two chocolate chunk cookies. This was the absolute perfect treat after sitting in the sun for hours! The ice cream was creamy and delicious, and the cookies were soft and perfectly made! They offer the cookies and ice cream a la carte as well! They have ice cream flavors including cookies n cream, cookie dough, mint chocolate chip, and chocolate, and vanilla. Cookie flavors included chocolate chunk, snickerdoodle, white macadamia nut, and oatmeal raisin.

Wow. The ice cream with the big heap of cookie beat the summer heat!!! It was a great partner to watch Shakespeare in the park. Also top with the out most friendly customer service.

I had ice cream and a cookie! It was wonderful. I tried the snickerdoodle cookie and it was soft and tasty. I also tried their cookie dough ice cream, I definitely recommend!

Excellent little food truck, serving cookies and ice cream treats.The hut great and family run. Great on night out at the fireworks.

The Cookie Cabin is a really cute idea for a food truck! They have delicious cookies and ice cream, and offer a couple other treats as well. I recently had the snickerdoodle cookies with vanilla ice cream and it was delicious. If I'm being honest, the cookies were my favorite part for sure. They were warm, super soft, and went so well with the ice cream!
