The Break Room

If you're looking for a quaint bar with charm near the distillery district, this is the place. Small venue but plenty of seating at the bar plus booths. Service is great, TVs to watch the game. Decent selection of draft beers including sours, IPAs, Doppelbock, stouts, etc. Cans and bottles of domestic choices, good bourbon and vodka selection. Will return!

The Break Room is my favorite divey bar when you need a break from their upscale neighbors. Cheap drinks, fast service, a friendly/homey vibe with locals... and dog/cat friendly! Make sure to say hi to the bar cat and have a quick drink here. We love the front booth for a view of the action with a little privacy.

There's a nice fun bar that we visited on a Saturday evening while in the distillery District. We walked in and had a old-school feel had a old-school pinball machine had small TVs on the wall jukebox playing music all kinds of cool stuff. Definitely recommend when you are in the area it's fine to go in and get a few beers have a few laughs and just hang out we will be back when we're in the area

This was 1st place open in Pepper distillery area. We're Elat in Lexington can you take a beer out to fire pit & set. They have a decent line of draft beer & really really reasonable domestic beers. You can bring pizza over & eat & pretty good place go watch the game. The rear patio sets on the creek with a nice cool breeze.

So glad we found this place before we had to leave back to Michigan. Beautiful setting, local place. Great fraught beers and of course awesome bourbon selection. Had fun. Will return

I had never been into this place walked in the the porch looked like a good atmosphere however I couldn't get a single bartender to notice me and that I was looking for a drink I just decided to walk out. Its a shame because I really wanted to try it.

This place is located in the distillery district but doesn't quite fit in with the rest of the businesses there. The place itself is pretty cool during the summer when you can enjoy the fire outside or the other outdoor seating by the creek. The inside it quite small though. Good luck getting any service, however. It's not really a great place, unless you are a regular there, it's nearly impossible to get a drink. I stood at the not crowded bar for 20minutes trying to get a drink and never got anything. The girls were more interested in shaking their butts at who I'm assuming to be 'regulars' at this place and serving them drinks. I've actually heard from several people that it's almost impossible to get a drink at this bar if you're not a regular. In my opinion, I'd much rather go to any of the other places in the distillery district or in Lexington. I just don't really enjoy the atmosphere here. I only go if someone I'm with wants to check it out, which isn't often.

Locals brought us here. Divey but expected, being a biker ish type of bar. That doesn't stop the friendliness and hospitality. Is recommend this place for a drink or just to hang out.

Great bar, tasty pours and fantastic bartenders!! We really enjoyed our visit. Highly recommend!!

My friends and I went there to on a Friday night after being at goodfellas. All of us are in our mid twenties but the bouncer was extremely annoying and checked all of our ID's twice. The bartender was very unfriendly and spilled a beer on one of my friends and didn't even apologize. Overall just awful customer service and the bar itself was very small.
