My family needed a spot to gather, and Texas Roadhouse was great for this.We were able to get a reservation, and wow, even for a Saturday afternoon, we needed it. This place was packed.Also important to note: Your whole party needs to be present to be seated.We were able to get a couple of booths that were across from each other, and our server was quick to bring drinks and food.I ordered the Chicken Critter Salad, which was a decent lunch with hot, crispy chicken on a salad. And best of all: those rolls. I could just live on those!Texas Roadhouse is a solid choice when looking for a chain and a good meal.

Service and food is always great at this location. Melinda is a gem, as are the rest of the wait staff. The manager walks around to each table making sure everything is good, which is a rairity these days. The food is always good and the steaks are always cooked to our liking. We like the Roadhouse feel and the music is always good.

Always a good time at Texas Roadhouse! We stopped in on Christmas Eve for lunch after church. They just opened and we were seated immediately. This is another one of our family favorites- always great food and great service! The location is nicely decorated in the Texas Roadhouse theme with local flavors. It is always clean and well organized even when they are so busy. Our service was excellent, fast and accurate. My kids love the bread and it was replenished many times. We ordered the cactus blossom appetizer and 4 entrees. All our food was hot, prepared as ordered and delicious. See you again soon!!

This was our first time to a Texas Roadhouse. Upon walking in, we checked in with the hostes. We were told that a party of 2 would be a 15-minute wait. We gave her out number and about 10 min later we were called. We had the lovely Vee. She kept our drinks flowing, and she made recommendations to the menu. We told her this was our first time eating here and where we live. We do not have a Texas Roadhouse. We live in Hawaii vacationing in Kentucky/Ohio. We went to the Ark Experience. I highly recommend this museum. Anyways my husband ordered steak and shrimp, and I ordered a full rack of rubs. The ribs were tasty. It I wish I had extra BBQ sauce to dip my ribs in. The inside of the ribs became dry. Other than that, we had an amazing experience. We would definitely come back and sit with Vee.

The food is good, but many of the staff are poorly trained and seem disinterested in their job. This is my third trip and I come mainly because of the salad bar. I had to ask a random server to bring me utensils and the unsweetened tea I ordered arrived sweetened. My last visit here took 45 minutes to get our food. During our visit we were able to look at the dirty bare feet of two women in a booth across from us. No manager appeared anywhere on the floor during any of my visits. Poorly managed location and I don't recommend this restaurant.

Just absolutely disappointed in the entire process, we have been on the wait list since 4:40 today and got there checked in and they said 40 mins , that came and passed went to ask they said 15 mins that passed and other people who came in after us got seated right away , we got skipped on the list just very disappointed and said we were leaving and they seemed shocked ,

Food was delicious. I had the smothered chicken, mashed potatoes and salad. Everything was hot and perfect. The one thing that needs improvement is the lobby where everyone is waiting... it's dangerous.. it's too packed. Something needs to change with that area. I joined waitlist online, waited in car until text to come in. While I checked in and waited again inside for my name to be called. A gentleman in a wheelchair along with his family came in he could not get through safely and if anyone needed to leave in a hurry they would not of been able to get out safely. It needs to change!

On Monday Jan 13, 2035 at 6:54 pm we online ordered a family pack of chicken tenders, which is 24 tenders and comes with family size sides. We ordered the family house salad, and 2 orders of family size steak fries. It's 39.99 + tax +tip. Order was ready at 7:19pm. My husband picked it up. When he got home we realized some of our order was missing. Normally with the family pack the salad is in a big aluminum container, same for the chicken. The family size salad dressings are normally in a larger container for multiple people. The sides like French fries are usually in larger containers also. We ended up with one order of fries, an entree sized salad with 2 small individual sides of ranch, and what looked like 2 orders of tenders, not family pack for 4 people. My kids were starving so we made the best of it and I made some Mac & cheese and green beans at home. I called Texas Roadhouse in Florence, KY and spoke to a manager named Brooklyn. She said the family packs are supposed to be larger amounts packed in larger containers so she said whoever packed the order must have messed up. She said she would go to the back and inform them (kitchen?) that our order was wrong. She took my email and said she would send a voucher to me since we didn't get what we paid for with family pack. Today is Saturday, 5 days later, and I still have not received any voucher or any emails or partial refund from Texas Roadhouse. We've ordered these same family packs multiple times in the past and have had no issues. The food that we received was really good as usual but since the restaurant never sent a voucher for the missing items, I'm giving 2 stars. If someone wants to make this right, Brooklyn should have my email.
