Terri's Catering

Today I had Terri's Catering at a Christmas party with my job. I was pleasantly surprised at the spread. The green beans were my favorite. I do not eat pork and it seems as if all the sides were pork free. My co workers were all raving about the food. For my next event, I definitely will think about booking them.

The box lunch was so bad, I took one bite and threw it away. The sandwich was stale wheat bread with processed turkey and cheese literally thrown askew between the slices of bread. There were a very few pieces of wilted, shredded lettuce. How long ago did they make this sandwich, I wondered? They went cheap with a bag of Lays potato chips. A small pre-packaged cookie and an apple were included. It is my understanding that this box lunch cost $12.00. Horror of horrors in Styrofoam.
