Absolutely appalled by the service Lack there of tonight. I came in with my two young kids at 630- the place was virtually empty. Weve given taqueria Ramirez so much business over the years. She dropped a menu and never came back. When I went up to the bar with my kids she took zero action or acknowledgement told me no manager was available and told me to have a good day. She seemed literally unbothered by it. She stood there with two other waitresses who did nothing. I hope the owner sees this so I can speak directly with them. The restaurant business has enough competition in Cincinnati and NKY. We go out of our way to patron small local business a d clearly our $50 wasn't needed here tonight. A regular chased us out and was extremely gracious as he knows the owners and was apologizing for what he saw.To be really clear this is the taqueria 3

This place has continually gone downhill since it opened. The last time we ordered for pickup they not only messed up our order, they then proceeded to argue with us about what was supposed to come on our burrito until we pulled out the menu and read it to them. We then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to remake our entire order. When we went today to dine-in, the experience was just as bad. We went with an infant who needed a high chair. Both of the highchairs there were broken and did not have functioning buckles. Then, when it came time for a diaper change, there was no changing table and we had to put our diaper mat on the floor -- which clearly had not been cleaned the night before because they had just opened and it was a mess. When ordering, several of us were told that our preferred dishes were unavailable. So, after changing my order to something they actually had, our server then brought me the wrong order and proceeded to argue about it. They also alarmingly stored their beer in the middle of the dining area. So, after this experience, we will not be returning.

Great food and service. I had the birria tacos and the wife had the chimichanga chicken meal. Salsa was delicious and the margaritas and micheladas were amazing. Highly recommend!!

Stopped in for lunch while passing through town. I had a burrito and my wife had an open bread taco. Chips and salsa came with the meal. Good food and very friendly service plus we didn't wait long for the food. Would definitely recommend.

The tacos are excellent! Other meals that I have tried were good but not great. I have never seen it crowded so it is one of our go to places on Friday and Saturday nights when we want a good meal without a long wait.

I had a steak taco and a beef enchiladas for lunch.... it was amazing and I couldn't finish the enchiladas. The chips and Salasa are amazing as well. I recommend this place to anyone. The lady was amazing and u I'm I'm able to come back in the future
