Delish! Happy we finally stopped here for tacos this evening. Carnitas, Al pastor, lengua were sooooo goood!!! We'll be back asap.

Been here plenty of times and continue to enjoy the food and quality of service provided. They recently opened up a wider selection of desserts and snacks that make this a place to go whether you're looking for a small bite or large meal. Personally, I've been a huge fan of their al pastor tacos which are comparable to ones I've had back in SoCal, so this place is an absolute must if you're looking for an authentic taqueria in Louisville!

Flavorfull tacos, fresh food and big hearty portions. I've been visiting this place for few months now. The untraditional store sign made me timid to try but once I did, I couldn't stop. The tacos are simple but very flavor full and the portion of meat is generous. Chicken, steak or beef, it was all great, highly recommended. I also never liked Torta before Johnny the owner and master behind the scrumptious food here made me whichDon't sleep on the plantain here that they peel then fry before your eyes.I endorse this business

Authentic and filling. Do not be fooled by the prices. Get the tacos and I recommend 2 as they are always overflowing with the meat. I get the carne asada and or the chicken. The Al Pastor is darn good too.

Was looking for some late night grub after a show downtown and came across this place. Pulling up we knew it was going to be amazing because people were cooking in the parking lot and patrons were lined up outside well past midnight. We went inside and ordered our meal I got two lengua (cow tongue) tacos, a shrimp taco, and a chorizo taco with an in house tamarind juice. My partner got the same with a jarritos drink. Everything was soooooo good. If you want authentic delicious flavors and kind service don't sleep on this spot. Their salsas were delicious, tacos came with all the fixings without having to ask, and their entire menu was available late night. What more does anyone need?

The first place I have found in Louisville to serve lengua, I am in loveHad a lengua taco, a chorizo and an asada. Double corn tortilla, onion and cilantro AS YOU DO. Two sauces were provided, a green and a red, both were excellent. Also of course a mandarin Jarritos! Service was extremely pleasant and prompt, they were in the middle of setting up a BBQ later in the evening and did not let us suffer for that!Interior is exactly how you would expect, tall booths and some tables, an amazing array of art, cheery music and papel picado hanging from the ceiling.Am so excited to go back and try more off the menu!!

The place looks old and beat down. It's humid and warm inside. The restrooms are dirty and looks like they're remodeling or just unsanitary. No offense but the cleanliness of this place LACKS! I felt uncomfortable sitting down, I felt dirty. As if I had seen a roach or something. Which I didn't see but my boyfriend told me he saw 2 by the hallway where the bathrooms are. Which we immediately left. I got the bistek a la mexicana and the meat tasted off. It was greasy, bland, the rice tasted like it was 3 days old. The beans were not good. Safe yourself the trip. I don't know where the good reviews are coming from but it's not true! Do not eat here!!! Please it's not clean.

Tried for first time. Wasn't expecting much after walking in. I almost walked back out, it's an oven so I'm guessing no ac. But the food more than made up for it! Got a steak burrito and rice on the side. I will say $15 for a burrito only is a bit steep, but I really enjoyed it. Service was quick and she was very nice.

I placed a to go order giving them another chance... while I'm waiting inside, I'm watching the cook outside cross contaminate everything on and around the grill. Touching raw meat and not changing your glove is insane.. The tip of the iceberg was when there was a half of a lemon in my box. Oh yea, that's because they are out of limes. What a shame. Sometimes hole in the wall restaurants are superior, but this place is just dirty now. Smh.

Dirty Tables,, Every single table inside or outside was dirty, filthy filed with wrappers, left over food from previous dinners. Cockroaches inside the food menu that scattered every where. Menus were dirty too. It was oddly hot inside as well and Junkie outside the building bothering customers.
