Please, Please, Please! Do yourself a favor and go support this man and his little taco truck at the State Farm parking lot in Nicholasville Rd but the Baptist Clinic. I mean this with full sincerity when I say these are some of the most flavorful food I have ever had. Taqueria Ramirez was my go to when I ever need a taco, but after discovering this little food truck. I am making the switch. I have tried a variety of proteins on the tacos and none missed. I could nit-pick and say the elote cups are a bit too saucy but oh, so delicious. I can't wait to try more items. The owner of the little food truck is delightful, polite and friendly. After coming a few times remembered me which is always a plus. The truck is there during the evening, so it's a great place for a quick dinner, prices are fairly cheap as well. It is a food truck so if you don't enjoy being seated outside, then that could be a knock but again its a food truck so you should know what you are getting into. AGAIN, PLEASE give it a try, genuinely fantastic food.

I had never been to the former food truck but I just discovered the new restaurant at Zandale yesterday and it is great!! It's a fairly large place with many tables and even a lunch buffet ($11.99). I wasn't really in the mood for a large meal so I just ordered 3 tacos ($2 each). I tried pastor, Asada and compechanos (steak and chorizo mix), I really enjoyed all of them but the chorizo was excellent. They also have tortas ($6.50), quesadillas, and other Mexican street food favorites! They did not have a salsa bar but they have red and green salsa In squirt bottles that they bring to your table. I will definitely be back, very soon!

Another delivery during COVID 19. And as always, I get that things are not normal. Businesses can have an off day. I ordered four tacos: the pastor (pork), chorizo (sausage), gringas (pork, pineapple, melted cheese), and barbacoa (shredded beef). They were delivered smashed together in a greasy mess in one sheet of aluminum foil. Despite being greasy on the outside, the fillings were dry. No flavor in the meat at all. The chicken quesadilla was also dry and the vegetables were not sautéed and were still fairly raw. This place gets good reviews, so either they had an off day or there are some people with decidedly different standards than me. Wouldn't try this one again.

Wide selection of cheap and good Mexican street fare. Transitioned from a food cart to a brick and mortar outpost. Tacos just aren't for Tuesday. Check them out in the Zandale Shopping Center

I've been wanting to check out Taco Time for some time. They are open evenings only, Thursday through Sunday. Tonight, I finally stopped. I ordered two tacos, al Pastor and Barbacoa. Wow! They were very good tacos, and the limes and slices of radishes and cucumbers were a nice touch. I requested spicy sauce to accompany the tacos. Both, a red and a green, were good and hot. Personally, I preferred the green. The proprietor was very nice, and after a "Mucho gusto.", I drove home, tacos in hand. You can be sure that it will be "taco time" again for me.

Just got 1 taco pastor because I had already eaten, but I really liked this food truck with tables. Taco came with limes, slices of very fresh cucumber & radish. There were 2 sauces to put on the tacos: 1 very hot & 1 mild. People working were very nice as were the other customers. I hope to be back soon.

My favorite food truck out of all the trucks in town. And I've tried a LOT, all across town. The owner is so nice. I always make a point to stop by when I'm on that side of town.

Great customer service first off! Very authentic Mexican spot, I just came in from Louisville for a few hours and this place was down the street from work, definitely recommend.
