Came in with my husband to see what they had since I miss Mexican food and snacks so bad. It was incredible! They had some of the hard to find stuff that I struggled to find in Southern California. Their prices aren't bad either. They have a great variety from many Latin and South American countries. It is a smaller store than I imagined though. The workers are very friendly and we received a free soda for buying over $50 of food, which was very nice. The store was very clean and organized too, as expected. They speak Spanish and English.I highly recommend and will continue to come back!

Love this little grocery store. Located in Zandale shopping center (near platos closet/clothes mentor) Aguascalientes a great place up to grab some groceries for any Mexican dish! They've got a good selection of canned/packaged food as well as a small produce department and deli. The store is VERY small, and they try to fit as much product as they can in the store, so it is pretty cramped. As I said in my "yelp tip" the guac is absolutely to die for- so fresh and zesty with a little heat. I will pick some up along with some tortilla and plantain chips to bring as an appetizer for a tailgate or get together.

You can find me most Saturday's after 1200 Hovering Greedily around the back counter that has the Chicharrones. Its like a kids dream when they put them in the bin hot and still popping. David and I sit in the parking lot and eat them while they are still warm. The meat counter is so awesome fresh meats, chickens, prepared foods to take home and eat. Hot spicy whole chickens one of my favs. Fresh made Guacamole to die for. They have fresh produce and cactus, and its always nice and tidy with a super helpful staff.

LOVE the guacamole at Super Mercado. It's so fresh and an easy pick up for a tailgate or party you're going to. you may have to ask for someone to get it behind the counter for you. They have a lot of meats and other grocery items. They are always super friendly and can find what you need.

Ok, so I have lived in the area for over 15 years; I was getting my mani-pedi done at Nails Pro... which is awesome and the only place you should get your mani-pedi, but I digress. I finally noticed the establishment and decided to venture in thinking it was just a small store. I was wrong. So wrong! Aside from the super friendly staff, the food and selection will knock your socks off! They have your essentials, but what makes them unique is the food. The FOOD!!! The prepared food-chicken, carnitas, barbacoa... don't get me started on the guacamole!!! Amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful... I have never been disappointed. I only wish I would have found this place years ago. It's a full market! Go there now!

Definitely a nice little store. Decor is a bit dated and dingy, but you don't shop here because it's pretty inside. You shop here because it's a niche market, which it accomplishes quite well.On this trip, I mainly just purchased some produce which was, surprisingly, pretty inexpensive (especially considering that most of it I couldn't get elsewhere!). Red jalapeños, peppers of all kinds, tomatillos, all sorts of unfamiliar fruits. They also have lots of Mexican soda for sale, particularly my faves, Sidral Mundet and Manzana Del Sol (both apple-flavored sodas) and every variety of Jarritos! Their deli is also pretty interesting. Not entirely sure what all is there, but the carne al pastor was delicious in some tacos we cooked up at the house! They also sell handmade pico de gallo, guacamole, and some both regular and jumbo-sized chicarrones (fried pork rinds) by the pound. They look intense! There's also a variety of imported Mexican goods including salsas, sauces, canned goods of all kinds, chips, candy, spices, etc, Definitely worth a look if you're in the area, although the one on New Circle reportedly has slightly better selection.

Best place to shop for you needed spices and local or international supplies. Even though the staff speaks Spanish, they are very friendly and helpful in assisting with what you need.
