I absolutely love this restaurant!! Love the sushi and tempura shrimp. Definitely recommend . The service was amazing and the ambiance was just perfect for my husband and I. Truly perfect for the both of us.

Employee are so helpful and very sweet. I love the food very good price we will be back.

Who knew that a little, almost hidden nook in a strip mall in Danville, KY would serve me the best sushi I've ever had! And I've eaten a lot of sushi at every price point. Thanks to some other positive reviews here on Yelp, we gave it a try while we were in town for a week. So glad we did. Some of the reviewers mentioned less-than-friendly servers. Ours was attentive, patient, and sweet. No sign of any grumpy or rude employees. This will be a regular stop on our several-times-a-year trips to Danville. Thanks, Sunny! TBCincinnati, OH

Wonderful! I have been all over the country eating Japanese sushi and hibachi and this was one of the best I have had to date! I had the filet hibachi dinner, my daughter had a California roll, husband had a bento dinner and we shared salmon sashimi. It was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic. We just moved to the area and will make this a permanent dig! Can't recommend enough!

I can not believe I just had a hibachi meal for $6.99! Danville, y'all are lucky. I've had both express hibachi and sit down fancy smancy style Japanese steakhouses and this one takes the cake... well, steak. $6.99 beef tips that is.The location is a bit inconspicuous, in a strip mall attached and nestled between a Dollar Tree and a gym. At first you get the feel that it's an express hibachi, which in a way it was... only as far as the fact that they make it in the back, not at a hibachi table in front of you and the fact that the food arrived minutes after ordering. When I walked in, I have to admit that I was a bit put off by the sign that indicated that there's a $.50 surcharge for any order under $8. What I found most annoying about it is that after gratuity I spent well over $8. Did they seriously think this through? I assure you that it's more annoying and off putting to the patrons than the $.50 is worth. I ordered the beef tip hibachi. Even though they didn't make it in front of me, I could hear the chef in the back preparing what just might be the best hibachi meal I've ever had. Yep, I think I'm past the annoyance of the credit card penalty. Yep, it was the best hibachi I've ever had. The beef was perfectly flavored and not a hint of fat. The vegetables that are hidden by the mound of what they consider lunch portion size of beef, were fresh and tasty, not your average pre-chopped or frozen vegetables. I know fresh mushrooms when I see them. How far is Danville from Lexington? I would say that it's worth stopping in if you're passing through like I was, but I'm going to go as far to say that it's worth the trip from Lexington.

I had the chicken teriyaki bento box. The chicken and accompanying rice were both bland, even in its sauce. They charge $1.00 for drink refills, even unsweetened ice tea. Who does that these days? Won't be back.

I like this place a lot. The food and service are good, as are the prices. It's not super fancy, but tasty and reliable.

The 6 count sushi was phenomenal and each piece is really the size of two. I like to order 2 rolls but at other places am never really full from it. I was stuffed after eating it. Service was incredibly fast and friendly. We walked in at 11:31 and were done eating by 12:00. Very calm feeling to the place. Very much would recommend for anyone passing through Danville!

food was decent but the owners are racist. we had a problem with service as we asked a waitress for a drink and she sent another employee to check for ID. and said the managers said it wasnt a a valid form of ID . I asked to speak to the manager and she came back with her husband and told us they didn't accept our form of ID. I googled the information and was informed it is acceptable and it's only bc the "owners" managers didn't wanna accept it and refused the service. also were so it wasnt a excuse of are we old enough it just came down to they chose to refuse but the ID is valid so there shouldn't of been a issue to begin with. felt like racism bc were Mexican but we followed the correct steps.
